I’m killing time here at the store and am observing as I write. Service is friendly enough. Brandon, the asst. manager is delivering food, cleaning tables, and checking in with people. But, the rest of the staff moves with no sense of urgency. 6 people chit-chatting behind the counter but only one seems to be working. A person at the table next to complained about the meager amount of shmear on her bagel and got some more. The employee blamed it on portion control, but my bagel had the right amount. I would never come back here if I was in a hurry.

Horrendously slow service. By far the slowest and worst Einstein I’ve ever been to. I will never go back to this location ever. It literally took 30 minutes for me and everyone else to get their bagels

It takes an exceptional amount of time just to get one bagel and a coffee. I was in the drive thru for 30 min, no exaggeration. Not impressed with how they handled that.

None of the tables were wiped down. They forgot to make my smoothie and when I reminded the order taker(the only person who would pay attention to my husband or I) she showed the receipt to the manager who said«who is this for? Her?» And then pointed at me. He did not apologize, he just make the drink and yelled out my name when it was done. He also took my receipt and never gave it back. The employees were loudly complaining about their jobs. This place is a train wreck. I won’t be back.

OMG! Terrible, I waited 35 minutes at the drive thru, with 2 cars in front of me, and they wouldn’t answer their phone! I was so mad. They were so rude too. The food was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted, I just through it away. With this many negative reviews you think they would figure it out, never going here again

We came in on Sunday morning and granted, there was a rush from Flatirons Church, but still… We waited 45 minutes to get our food. They were bringing out an order once every 4 – 5 minutes. I’ve been in some pretty slammed bagel shops, and it’s never taken anywhere near this long. The staff is nice, and the food is delicious, so that’s why I’m leaving two stars, but wow… The wait is just unbelievable. There’s clearly a systems problem here.

Ordered a box of bagels and the girl just started filling with whatever and got mad when I told her I wanted to pick the bagels. She then got more of an attitude when I asked if she could slice the bagels. By that time she was too involved in her conversation with another employee. It all ended with her slamming the box down In front of me and saying Here you go. No manners, no customer service, not even a great variety. This place sucks

Oof. I have to agree with everybody else reviewing this place-what exactly is going on?! I stopped by around 10AM on a Saturday and went through the drive thru. Because it’s convenient, right? Uh, sure… in that sense that it’s convenient you don’t have to get out of your car. There were two cars in front of me, and I only waited about 2 minutes to order. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with plain schmear, and an everything bagel with avocado. And then I waited… and waited… and waited… and waited. 20 minutes I waited, behind two cars. Neither car had anything like 2 dozen bagels, they seemed to have maybe a couple bagles and some drinks. When it’s finally my turn, I get my coffee right away, and then waited 5 more minutes for my bagels. 25 minutes for 2 bagels and a coffee. How?! The woman at the drive thru was nice but didn’t apologize or even mention how long I had waited, which is common courtesy to me. But the fun doesn’t stop there. When I got home, I found out the plain bagel hadn’t been toasted, and it was maybe HALF covered in cream cheese. The everything bagel had three tiny pieces of avocado on it. Three TINY pieces(see the picture I added) Despite friendly folks working here, they seem to be working in utter slow motion, and maybe with managers breathing down their necks about portion control. Stay away.

One star is generous. Here’s a tip. Target super center in superior sells Einstein bagels — Go there. Better service and less expensive.

Unfortunately can’t give them a 0. First time went there and they didn’t have plain bagels, hard to believe! Waited. 15 min… gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time: called one day in advanced. Simple order… showed up they pulled the order right there. Had to wait 15 min and they even got the order wrong. Unreal!!! Won’t go there ever. Worst place ever!!! Rather driver 20 miles.

Horrendously slow. The order box is adjacent to a main road, so with the noise they couldn’t take my order and I had to give it at the window. Over 15 minute wait in drive-through line before even getting to place order. Most inefficient drive-through I’ve ever experienced. Plus the window girl wasn’t too polite.

I give it one star because zero isn’t an option. Trust the other reviews here. Every time my wife and I have gone to this place, they have messed up our order and then had to refund our money because they forgot to remake it. That’s not an embellishment. EVERY. TIME. They are rude — particularly one manager — and inefficient. We gave them a few chances, assuming things would get better. They didn’t. We’re done. Spend your money somewhere else.

I won’t be using this Einstein ever again. 15 min wait after ordering a toasted bagel ! People ahead of me were waiting longer. Something’s wrong with this new place. I’d give them a couple of years to work it out. Drive on by. I’m sorry I tried this place, I’ll hit my regular in Broomfield.

Just waited in line for over 20 minutes, the place was empty and the people behind the counter were just picking their noses. To top it off, the person taking our order was incredibly rude! Einsteins has lost our business forever.

Just drove through and paid over $ 7 for a breakfast sandwich. It had no egg. The item I used to get most often– Santa Fe breakfast wrap– is off the menu along with the other wraps. I shan’t be back. Too bad! I was thrilled when I heard they were opening in my area.

Asked for 2 classic lox bagels and a cup of soup. Instead of a «shmear» of cream cheese, we received 2 bagels with a SCRAPE of cheese, old red onions, absolutely not fresh, bottom piece of tomato and about a tablespoon of capers. Oh and let’s not forget, the 2 cut in half, pieces of pitiful lox. All of this grumpily prepared by the young lady who kept picking deep inside her ear. Will never return. Will post pictures of spoon standing straight up in cup of soup and the awful bagels!
