Little Chute, WI
This hotel had great customer service! The girl who checked us in last night was so pleasant and helpful! She brought up a rollaway bed with extra towels and toiletries within a few minutes of our checking in. The room was small but nicely decorated and clean! Breakfast this morning was good for a «freebie». Hotel is close to several restaurants and easy access to I65.

Battle Ground, IN
Was denied my gold membership privileges (2pm late check out). Not allowed to have a late check out? The parking lot was empty. I could understand if the place was full. Esther didn’t too concerned about it. Breakfast had fine choices. Just annoyed, as I get few days off and wanted an extra hour with the kids at the pool. I choose Marriott cause it heavily incentivizes it’s loyal members. Sometimes its employees get in the way of that.
