We were in a bind on a Sunday and needed our car ignition repaired (Honda Element). The key wouldn’t turn when inserted in the ignition. They gave us repair price on the phone and came to our house right on time, within a few hours of our initial call, to repair the ignition. The bill was reasonable (same as the phone quote) and much cheaper than what Honda would have charged us to replace the ignition. Highly recommended.

Lost the keys to my 2014 Tundra. He was here the same day after being told by the dealership I would need to tow my truck to them to get new keys made. He had me in my truck with 2 sets of programmed keys within an hour or so after arriving. He had no issues with the multitude of questions I had as I found the work interesting. He was very personable and the poor man does not charge enough for the type of hassle he helped me avoid. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do it’s a no brainer.

Russell is great. I had some ‘normal’ locksmith needs — rekeying some cylinders, etc. And a little trickier need for a key to fit an existing file cabinet. Russell’s prices were fair, he was on time and conscientious, and he worked efficiently at solving my lock challenges. This company has got the right approach on treating customers well and I’d highly recommend Russell and his team for anybody with a locksmith need. Hands down — couldn’t be happier.
