Not impressed at all. Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. $ 50 for tiny arrangement of cheap flowers. I would definitely not recommend this florist!

I am not impressed. I ordered a tropical arrangement that when I picked up was primarily roses with 3 birds of paradise. For $ 150 !

I have used Flowers & More By Dean any time that I have had anything delivered from a florist. This week I ordered a gift basket that was to be delivered to my husband in another state. Flowers & More By Dean were extremely attentive and had everything taken care of. When the gift basket was delivered there were several issues with the order (not this company’s fault but the fault of the company it was wired to). Tina (as well as everyone else I spoke to at Flowers & More By Dean) was very understanding and took every action that she could to help to rectify a situation that was unfixable. I am completely satisfied with this company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great florist who knows what great customer service is!
