Outstanding customer service! We had a major change in plans for my son’s birthday party. We worked closely with the owner and one employee. They coordinated with our bounce house company and came up with a tent to meet our needs. The owner came out 5 times (before, during and after) to ensure that all was safe. Excellent follow through, attention to detail. Would high recommend them and will surely use their services again!

This is the second time that we have worked with the Gagnon Team and they are just incredible! Everyone on the team was extremely courteous and professional. We had some special needs and they worked through all of that effortlessly so that everyone was happy. They were on time for both delivery and break-​down. And everything that we ordered was there … a completely worry-​free experience. We will definitely work with them again for future events!!!

In addition to being professional and helpful, these people are actually friendly. They have considerable experience with events, and can help you understand what best suits your needs. We have known Gagnon’s to be flexible and have a wide variety of inventory. The delivery guys are courteous and on time. Earlier this year, they worked hard to help set up for a surprise party in a tight time frame. Recently, they worked around variable weather conditions to create a lovely setting for a backyard birthday party. We really appreciate the professional work with a personal touch.
