Since I am a Purdue alum and live in Chicago, this is a GREAT place to find gently used Purdue gear. Their overall selection is nice and the store seems to work very hard at trying to remain organized. This can be extremely difficult considering how some of their client shop (look at it and drop it on the floor).
I have only been twice, but here is a WARNING:
Be prepared to stand in line if you chose to go on shopping on the first Saturday of the month. This day is 50% off EVERYTHING, so it is a free for all for the shoppers. God bless the employees that seem to keep a stiff upper lip, including a smile and a cheerful «hello». They can’t possibly be paying those people enough to deal with that mass of humanity.

This new Goodwill is awesome. It’s clean, has lots of selection, and I can usually find at least one thing to buy. A couple weeks ago they had a 50% off sale off everything in the store, and I found a couple of steals — a Dolce & Gabbana t-​shirt and a Lacoste polo!
Sifting through merchandise at Goodwill always takes a little patience, but it can really pay off sometimes.
