Went to have dress shirt washes and pressed. Got them out on a Sunday and #1 found a white dress shirt that was not mine in the middle of mine. All of them look like some one slept in them return the one that was not mine and said something to the lady and she told me well if u had brought them back I could do something. SHe could see the one that that was not mine. How am I going to not wear shirt I need to wear. She did not take my number or my name or offer me anything. Called today to talk to the GM the staffer today gave me her number and name … WIll updated if I get any kind of feed back

The Hudlow on Creasy Lane does not stand behind their cleaning service and has bad customer-​service. I don’t get out much so when I did bring back a garment to be re-​cleaned, they refused due to time! I told them it was not a banana or hamburger, but unused dry cleaning from my closet. They were rude wanted to charge me full price to fix a faulty job! Aside from being very, very expensive, they have the attitude like we’re lucky to be able to use them.
They control prices having so many locations and it hurts customers with little or no competition. September 11, 2013

I finally got the jeans back that I dropped off to be mended. They did a good job sewing up the hole, but I was horrified to find that what used to be my favorite pair of jeans now has a PERMANENT crease down the front and back of each leg. Yes, grandma style.
I have washed these jeans several times since I picked them up at the dry cleaner’s and the crease just won’t go away. I can’t believe I paid to have my favorite pair of jeans mended and they actually got ruined in the process.
