Bill is not very nice to customers.

I was leaving the Tippecanoe County Courthouse with some legal paperwork that I had to photocopy. I noticed Instant Copy as I was driving by, so I pulled over and walked in. A man behind the counter was busy with something, and he immediately stopped whatever he was doing to cater to my needs. In no more than 10 seconds, I had the copy I needed in my hands and he charged me less than a dime. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Instant Copy of Lafayette is the epitome of customer service, and I am so impressed with how supportive they are of local charity events.
I am the president of one of the student pharmacy organizations at Purdue, and we hosted the First Annual Red Dress Event to raise money for the American Heart Association in support of their Go Red for Women campaign. We needed programs for our event because we had speakers and a fashion show, and we called Instant Copy to see if it would be possible to get anything donated considering it was all for charity. To our surprise, they were willing to donate 100 copies of the program!
Not only was that amazing, but the second part of the story makes it even better.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up having to wait until the last minute to submit the program, and sent it to the printers the night before we were scheduled to pick them up. They were still able to get them printed in time, and they looked AMAZING! Bill even called me personally on the day of the event to make sure we were able to pick up our programs.
