If you are looking for a flooring company that will communicate responsively, hit deadlines, and show even an hint of respect Lafayette Flooring is not the place for you. We went with a local company expecting better service from folks that live in our town. We should have gone with a big box, Ben at Lafayette Flooring continually failed to return phone calls and emails. Their installers left the job site without finishing the project and preventing us from moving into our new home on time. I’ve never been more disappointed as a customer in my life.
