Yolanda has done my brows, eyeliner and lips, and she is the very best. I am happy to travel almost two hours to see her because she’s an artist and ultra-​professional. She listens closely to what clients want and does exactly what you’ve requested. At the same time, she has a great eye for what will look good on you – so I recommend asking her advice. For example, she helped me enormously to improve the shape of my brows. Her office is super clean and she is meticulous about keeping it spotless. Getting permanent makeup is bound to be a bit uncomfortable, but she makes it as painless as possible. She also has a wonderful, uplifting attitude that is nice to be around. She’s truly the best!

This was the best experience! My eyebrows are beautiful! Yolanda is a true professional. She took a great deal of time to ensure the shape was to my liking. I was nervous, but I can tell you it was easy, not painful as I had built up in my mind. She’s great. The best $ 500 I have spent in long time. I now have my «dream eyebrows» and the best part is that they look natural, not «stamped» on. If you want the perfect eyebrow, Yolanda is the best.

I got permanent makeup on my eyebrows at Lemor. Yolanda was just great and my eyebrows are perfect! She really spent time figuring out the exact right color and shape for my eyebrows. She had an additional challenge, too, because I had old perm makeup on my eyebrows that had turned greenish. Yolanda is just so sweet and patient. She make you feel very comfortable. Also, my total cost was actually cheaper than the original quote! I couldn’t be happier with the results and my experience. Highly recommend!

I have used Yolanda twice in the past 10 years. The first time was just for eyeliner and the second time I went back to touch-​up my eyeliner and have my brows done. It’s been almost 4 years now since my last visit and time to go back for another touch up. (That’s 4 years since I’ve had to use eyeliner on a daily basis!)
Yolanda does a terrific job — I get so many compliments on her work and NO ONE knows that it is permanent unless I tell them.
She is an expert and the only person I will ever let touch my face. My very first permanent makeup (with someone else) was not done to perfection and that is how I found Yolanda — she needed to fix my first liner experience.
Yes, it hurts. But it’s not as bad as you think and it is SO worth it to not have to worry about daily liner application. A couple of Advil and you’ll feel fine within an hour.
I recommend Yolanda to anyone who wants to have permanent makeup. She is a true expert, perfectionist and you will look so beautiful when she is done.

I have had my brows tattooed 1 time before by the amazing Athena Karsant in San Francisco. Unfortunately, my budget would not let me go back to her so I searched for someone that might be able to do as good of a job as her. I found Yolanda from other Unilocalers. I called her, left a VM and received a call back within 24 hours. Yolanda was warm, forthright and professional on the phone. The only downside was I would have to wait 7 weeks for an appointment. BUT, that made me think that Yolanda was probably pretty damn good so I booked my appointment.
Fast forward to the day of my appointment (last week). Yolanda’s office is lovely and her treatment room is clean, private and very hygienic. Yolanda is quite attractive and «wears her trade» in the form of tattooed eyebrows and eyeliner. She spent a LOT of time with me going over what I wanted in terms of shape, color etc… She had me wear a surgical cap during my procedure and used gloves and a mask. The initial tattoo lines were a little painful, but once she started filling in my brows the numbing cream had kicked in and I was not in any pain. The entire procedure took about 1.5 hours. Yolanda made sure I liked how everything looked and gave me some ointment and after-​care instructions.
A week later most of my scabbing has come off and my brows are looking GREAT. I have a follow-​up appointment in 3 weeks for Yolanda to see how they have healed and to probably make them a little darker.
Yolanda is an expert at the art of permanent make-​up. I will be recommending her to friends, or even people I don’t know who comment on how awesome my brows look. Still love Athena, but Yolanda is pretty amazing, too!

I recently had a consult and eyeliner done with Yolanda and she is wonderful just like the previous comments made on this site. She is gentle, caring, understanding, professional, good bedside manners, walked me through every step of the process. The results is awesome and it looks so natural I highly recommend her.

I learned about Lemor through Unilocal and decided to give them a try since my eyebrows needed a serious touchup! Maria Moore was the girl i got at first i wanted Yolanda since most of the positive comments were about her but i gave Maria a try and she was Great! She is so nice n did a great job on my eyebrows! I would def recommend her! I saw her today after the 6 week healing period to touch up some spots that didnt take she recommended i get the color to b warmer that i would like it much better (even though i already like the way it looked) but also look much better with my complextion! The second touchup i wont lie it hurt a lot but that because the skin was still sensative from 6 weeks ago… Im glad i chose Lemor for my permanent makeup! Ask for Maria She is Great!!!

I have been fascinated by permanent makeup for quite some time, but did not have the nerves to pursue it. After searching for several months, I stumbled across Lemor and contacted them; after inquiring with competitors. I was contacted within 24 hours and received the absolute BEST customer service. Yolanda had the most wonderful mannerism and sparkling personality! Maria was the technician who completed my eyebrow procedure, and I have nothing to say with the exception of PERFECTIONISM! Brow color, shaping, and size were to my liking and complimented my facial structure flawlessly. Maria throughly explained the procedure from beginning to end, which made any uneasiness or discomfort feel more comfortable.

OMG this turned out SO much better than I anticipated!!!
I always thought tattooed eyebrows were horrible. Now I know it’s only the bad ones that stand out and command notice.
I visited with my sister in law who mentioned that she had her eyebrows tattooed. I would have never known it. For that reason, I had to reconsider my negative opinion.
I felt like I was a good candidate since I have hypothyroidism & even with medication, my eyebrows have been thinning the last few years (especially towards the tail end). I filled them in daily and sometimes it’s hard to get them to look the same on both sides. I started researching and I liked Yolanda’s website. I set up an appt just to check out the offices and meet her face-​to-​face. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and the office was very clean (all very appealing qualities).
The day came and I was very nervous about the appt (since it’s only your FACE). My face was a more difficult case since my eyes, brow, and brow bones are set a different heights (noticeably). Yolanda suggested filling in one brow at a higher level and the other at a lower level to «even» out the look. IT WORKED and my eyes even look more aligned now!!!
The first pass was slightly painful (stinging/​biting sensation), but pretty numb after that. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different thought, so who’s to say…
I like the different techniques Yolanda used and the fact that she used 4 different colors. All of this resulting in a more natural look. I got mine done on a Friday and they crusted over and were mostly healed by Monday, when I went back to work. They still looked a little scabby but it wasn’t noticeable. The best part is that NO one even noticed that I had them done, just that I looked better… the mark of a true professional.
They look fabulous and I couldn’t be happier. So much so, in fact, that I’m considering getting the eyeliner done in a year or so. I will definitely post my experience with that when it happens. I highly recommend Yolanda’s work and would go to her again in a second.
