Magic Glass Lafayette

I’m a student at Purdue with a father 4 hrs away that couldn’t help me. My AC in my car has been out all summer so I’ve been using my windows every time I drive. Then my driver side window one day didn’t go up. I called around to at least 5 different auto repair places to get a quote on fixing my door/​window. Magic glass was by far the most reasonably priced (price I ended up paying =just labor cost of other places, not including parts). The staff was super friendly and kept me updated on the progress. I interacted with a mechanic welcoming me when I came in and offered me some water while I waited, the ladies up front, the owner, and another mechanic. They also worked me in to fix it that same day right before closing because the next day didn’t work well for me. It took approximately two hours maybe two and a half hours total, which I’m super happy with. I thought I was going to leave my car in a shop for a whole day based on the conversations I had with other businesses. Basically any time I have a window need, I’m going back to them.

My son is a student at Purdue and his car window was smashed. He was overwhelmed with exams and unable to deal with getting the window fixed. I am on the east coast and called Magic Glass. Kim was amazing! I gave her my credit card over the phone. My son left the key under his mat, someone picked up his car and returned it to his apartment parking lot with a replaced window in no time at all. I was so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the employees at Magic Glass. I would recommend them for sure!!!

I had my car window smashed out by someone and was very upset. I called my insurance company and they recommended Magic Glass. Even though I am in Indianapolis, they were by far the cheapest and most polite place that I called. They made me a priority and came all the way to Indy 9AM the next morning to replace my window at my place! And the job was done perfectly. I would recommend them to ANYONE!
