I am considered a real chocolate aficionado by family & friends. I can tell you that the «Handmade organic English Toffee» made by OCHO Confections is incredible. The «O» stands for organic, and the CHO for chocolate. The company uses Fair Trade chocolate, is gluten free, organic and uses cane sugar. Though not so easy to find; maybe at some Whole Foods, Fresh & Easy, and maybe at any given Costco, it is WELL worth finding. My personal favorite is the English Toffee.
