Peakview Apartments

The pricing is reasonable for Boulder County and the layouts are nice. However, I have had an ongoing problem of stale cigarette smell in my apartment, which I have reported several times. I don’t smoke. When I moved in, I was told there was no smoking inside. The smell was evident right away. That is unfortunate and pretty gross. My clothes, furniture, etc smell of smoke. My appliances are outdated and damaged (bent/​warped stove, faulty dishwasher), but won’t be replaced. However, the maintenance guys are great! I’ve had several noisy neighbor problems. It is 10pm on a Wednesday… seems to be kids of all ages are outside yelling and parents yelling at them. «Apartment living» depends on who you’re living next to, I suppose. Some neighborhood kids like to ring the doorbells and run. Someone broke the mirror on my boyfriend’s jeep and threw what looks like a milkshake on my truck. Bought a new car and it was keyed. Anyhow… it was good at first… and has become much worse. There is finally one girl in the office (Assistant Manager) who is really friendly and kind. To me, it just seems they aren’t being very careful on who they let live at the property. I renewed my lease once and won’t be doing that again.
