RFLX Training Center

We have 2 kiddos that have gone to RFLX for 1 ½ years now and they love it! Professor Ryan, Coach Erica and their staff are amazing with these kids. Our kids are having fun while they are learning and working with other kids. We have seen transformations in our kids and they have become more confident. I have trained at many different gyms and martial arts academies and RFLX is by far the best of the best. Professor Ryan Walden is a top notch BJJ Black Belt and an outstanding instructor. He cares about each student, has a gift for teaching and is 100 percent dedicated to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. All of the coaches are excellent as well and the overall atmosphere is extremely friendly and respectful. As a purple belt in BJJ with black belts in other arts, I know what both good and bad training environments look like and how important it is to find the right «fit» in order to progress. RFLX is truly a family training center, free from the macho strutting «fighter» element that make other gyms unappealing to people who want to train intelligently for the long run. However, RFLX is the real deal too! Everyone is committed to the arts and trains with purpose — this is not for people who just want the «martial arts fantasy» you will gain REAL confidence — whether you’re 6 or 60! Everyone enjoys training together and becoming friends and the sense of community is the real glue that keeps people motivated to keep getting better.
