I first walked into Scott’s store three years ago. I knew nothing about hockey gear. Over the years, Scott has became my go to guy. He taught me about the gear. He spent time discussing gear with me, even if it meant he wasn’t going to get a sale.
I also played with Scott once a week. Class act on and off the ice. Glad I got to know Scott, quality dude.
Note: I recently move out of state. I still get advice from him from afar.

When I played and coached hockey at the YMCA in Lafayette I had Scott sharpen my skates. He always did a great job.
I went up to the Y a couple months ago and apparently the town of Lafayette made him give up his mobile store and move into the Y building. It’s to bad because he had a decked out AirStream that was perfect. Anyway, I’m glad he didn’t fold because of it. Gotta hate gubment sometimes.
Scott is a stand up guy that treats his customers well. He’ll also fix your gear fro a solid price too. If I need something stitched up he’s where I go first.
