Rug Kleen Carpet Cleaning

The Owner/​Operator of this Company reminds me of Santa Claus. he has an awesome personality and is eager to please his customers. Tom came in with his black light and found all the urine spots my new puppy had made. He applied urine kill to all my carpets and a deodorizer. The carpets smelled fantastic when he was done, no more urine smell !!! He also cleaned the upholstery of my sofa and loveseat. I had bought the pair used and they where very much in need of a cleaning. I could not believe the results my sofa and loveseat looked brand new! I’d highly recommend this company to anyone! I am landlord and called Rug Kleen for an apartment cleaning in-​between tenants. I’ve been looking for someone reliable and affordable, after having mixed experiences with different vendors.
Tom came by and cleaned the very stained carpets (from a 3+ year tenant occupancy) in less than two hours. The price was very reasonable, and he moved a few pieces of furniture and put plastic under the feet of wooden chairs.
Tom charged me $ 120 to clean almost the whole apartment (two rooms and a hallway, the high-​traffic areas). The stains were gone and the carpet was pretty dry– his extractor works well.
By comparison I had Stanley Steemer in a few years ago and in the same apartment they charged me $ 150 for ONE room and stairs. When they left the dirt was still evident, and the carpet was noticeably soggy. This made me leery of extraction cleaning but now I know to call Rug Kleen from now on and it will be fine.
