I bought my wedding dress here and have recommended it to several friends since. We had an awesome experience– i was very nervous going in, overwhelmed i wouldn’t find anything, but I found the perfect dress and I stayed within budget. Debbie was amazing and made us feel at home. Really love this place!

I bought my wedding dress at Sew and Sew. It was the only place I looked and I was lucky enough to find it on the first try. My consultant was very sweet and knowledgable –in fact, it was the dress she picked out for me that I ended up buying. That process was flawless and easy. The reason I won’t give a higher rating was because once they had my money they seemed to be done with me. I bought the dress on January 4, 2014 and I was told my dress would come in about 3 – 4 months(around April), but it didn’t come until last week… That’s right, it took almost 8 months for my dress to come in. Thank god I bought it early enough for my October wedding! I realize that this was the manufacturers issues, but that wasn’t really the problem– the problem was their attitude and the way they handled this issue. I was told when I bought the dress on January 4th that it would be in in April. April came and went and I never got a phone call. I finally decided to call at the end of May to get a status and the girl on the phone said she would find out and get back to me. She never did. But she did tell me that the dress was not ordered by the store until March. If I bought the dress in January, why didn’t the store order my dress until two months later? I let it go in the hopes it would just come and all would be resolved. Another month went by with no word so I called again in June… and the same thing happened again — no answers for me, but«I will call and find out for you and call you tomorrow» was fed to me again. Finally on July 5th, I decided to call and ask to speak with the manager. When she answered the phone, I began to explain to her that I have been trying to find out the status of my dress for a few months, and she didn’t even let me finish. She cut me off and asked me for my name and put me on hold for about 5 minutes. When she came back she barked at me and said«yeah, it will be here next week and you need to come in then to try it on and, oh, by the way, you will owe the final payment at that time.» She was so rude to me and made me feel like this fiasco was my fault. How unprofessional. Then when I went to pick it up a few days later, the girl that was working couldn’t find my dress. It took her 20 minutes and a phone call to the manager at home to find it. This isn’t a large store– where could it be?! It gave me a heart attack. Then when I finally got the dress on and realized I was going to need a few alterations, she put pressure on me to get the alterations done NOW because I’m running out of time. I decided that I just wanted take my dress and go. I took it someplace else for alterations because I just wanted to be done with them. The other place I took my dress to be altered told me I had more than enough time to get my alterations done. After hearing that, I felt like the people at Sew and Sew were just trying to put me in to panic mode to get me to commit to alterations with them. I went to this store because I was trying to support a small local business. I thought I would get a more personalized experience. While my buying experience was great, everything sense has been awful.

Don’t go to this place around prom time. Constantly crowded and they said my Tux would be here a week in advance it came two days before my prom and was the wrong size! They were rude on the phone and in person. Not using this place again for tuxedo service.

Sew n Sew is always going to be my go-to place for wedding stuff. I am a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and had to get an emergency alteration a WEEK before the wedding, and they not only assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem but they also did a fantastic job with the delicate fabric. The seamstress is certainly a master of her craft and the clerk is very friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and organized with a nice atmosphere. Definitely a great spot.

Sew n Sew bridal was the first and only bridal shop that I went to when looking for my wedding dress. They have an excellent selection and Deb and the girls were so personable and friendly that I just didn’t want to go anywhere else. They really made me feel special. We also purchased the bridesmaids dresses at the shop as well.

I came into Sew N Sew to look for my wedding dress. I found a dress that I really liked at another store but I just wanted to make sure I saw everything before I ordered my dress. When calling the store they were able to get me in for an appointment the day that I called. After trying on a bunch of dresses I didn’t see anything I loved as much as my other dress. My mom showed Debbie a picture of my «maybe dress» and she immediately said«That dress is beautiful. I think you found your dress!» That said so much to me, for an employee at another shop to say that really meant a lot. Debbie was so sincere and helpful when I was in the shop. She truly is there to help every customer that comes in the shop. She even gave me recommendation for hair, makeup,

Debbi and her staff were really great. I actually found my wedding dress immediately after I got in the store. They offer many options with fittings and price points. There’s also a great selection of bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride dresses, as well as tuxedos. My husband and his groomsmen were all dressed at Sew N Sew and everyone looked amazing. I’ve already recommended her shop to my friends, and would recommend to anyone looking to dress everyone for their wedding!
