The service at this soccer pro is excellent. The owner takes her time helping you and does not try to up sell! I will always come here for our soccer needs.

Soccer post is a decent store for a beginner soccer player, they tend to not have the correct size in a shoe that you like and will try to sell soccer cleats that are very old at prices that they would sell for when they were new. For teams that get there jerseys from them it can take up to three months for them to finish (my personal team had to wear plain white T-​Shirts because they didn’t arrive in time for a tournament). They tend to not have the newest color-​ways that you can find around 15 miles away at soccer pro. Never a great experience at soccer post.

Been buying my daughters soccer gear here for many years. Always great customer service whether you work with Tracy, the owner, or anyone on her team. If they don’t have what you need they’ll either get from their other location or order it for you if its possible. My daughter is now at college playing soccer and had a «cleat emergency» Tracy came to our rescue by helping get several pairs for her to try on very short notice. As long as we have need for soccer gear we’ll be using Soccer Post.

Soccer Post has a great selection of soccer gear for all ages. I ordered custom jerseys from Tracy several times. She has always been very helpful and courteous. The turnaround time was quicker than expected and I was totally pleased with the results.

Been going here for about two years now, and have only had great experiences! They have let me exchange stuff without any fuss, have called to tell me when items were ready for pick-​up, and have assisted with sizing and finding just-​right equipment. In my many experiences, Tracy has only been super-​responsible, knowledgable, and frankly very nice.

I was in a pinch and needed numbers put on a jersey quickly. I called and they said, «No problem, if you come in now we can get it done immediately!» Just what I needed to hear.
I went in and dealt with Tracy who I believe is the owner. She showed me the various choices of numbers, colors and sizes. I made my selection, gave he my jersey and walked out 15 minutes later looking like a pro.
I was so pleased with my experience, I wanted to be sure to leave a Unilocal review as I am an advocate of supporting local businesses. I was surprised to see the negative comments about this establishment. My sense is the reviews either misunderstood the owner or are just hard to please unhappy people …

We were up in the bay area for a tournament and we needed to pick up some gear. Soccer Post was the perfect one-​stop shop for my son and daughter’s soccer needs. They carry a wide selection of soccer gear and the service is great. The staff are helpful and the owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Soccer Post!

Rude owner! I see the reviews are better at the soccer post in Alameda than Lafayette and I’m writing to strongly agree. I purchased my son’s first set of soccer clothes/​shoes/​shin guards and was advised by an employee which shin guards to purchase. We didn’t discover that they were too small until he was out on the field for his first practice. When I called the Lafayette store and spoke to the owner, she was extremely rude to me suggesting that my son must have grown since we purchased them and this is why they don’t fit. She wouldn’t let me exchange them or even offer a credit. I ended up speaking with the Alameda store owner who was LOVELY and promptly offered for me to come in and make an exchange. Drive to Alameda, it’s worth it! Terrible customer service in Lafayette!

Indoor, outdoor, for players big or small this is the soccer gear (and rugby) place for the region. All field positions plus ref, coach and training items. Plan ahead for uniform name lines!
