Stall and Kessler’s Diamond Center

Very nice and helpful staff. I was looking for watch straps. Even though they didn’t carry them, they still looked in their old inventory and gave me a strap they had leftover for free!

Stall and Kessler created a ring to replace one my wife had lost. Not only were the personnel very courteous and attentive to our needs, the one-​of-​a-​kind ring is even more beautiful than the original.

My fiancé and I started out looking for engagement rings together, knowing we’d be proposing to one another on a date a few months in the future. After searching the Cincinnati area for a jeweler who could provide recycled metals, responsible stones, and an understanding and appreciation for what I’d envisioned, we’d come up short. I stumbled across Stall & Kessler online and followed up with my first phone call to Jeffrey Kessler. He immediately put me at ease and was very responsive by phone and email. I felt positive enough to make the 3 hour drive with my fiancé (née boyfriend) to visit the store and I could not have had a more wonderful experience. We were received like old friends at the charming storefront and greeted with waters, a lovely rose, and an invitation to have lunch on them.
We worked with the entire team, but were mainly assisted by the very knowledgable and accommodating Kris Kessler. He was preternaturally patient with me throughout the entire process of designing, casting, and finishing the ring. There was no concern or request however small or arbitrary that he did not thoughtfully and kindly consider and respond to, often at length.
I could go down the list name-​by-​name of every employee who helped us along the way and wax poetic about every lovely gesture, small or large, but suffice it to say, after hundreds of miles logged in transit, and the largest purchase we’ve ever made as a couple, I feel as though we’ve been given a gift.
