Taco Bell

I’m not one to write reviews, but when I do it’s either because a place is really good or really bad. This TacoBell is horrible. I think one person might have been working so when they forgot one item I didn’t care. I started eating my first item and it tasted weird and there was also was a huge glob of refried beans that was dry and crusty looking. I still was like whatever at this point and just started to eat my Mexican pizza. Here’s where my opinion started to change. Half of the pizza didn’t have anything in the inside layer (no meat or refried beans). A 4^th had both and the other 4^th was just the same dry, crusty refried beans that looked old as hell. Also, my burrito bean was super small. I have no idea how it tastes because I wasn’t interested in eating it at that point. I do believe the girl was by herself but that’s definitely not an excuse. There was only one person besides us there in line and we waited atleast 15 minutes. The other person also was asked to pull forward as well.
I didn’t mind the wait but I do mind when someone half asses my food. Very poor quality and will not be going back there again.

I ordered 2 tostadas and they were great and loaded with contents. The employees were nice but it did take them forever to serve just 2 cars, but that can be excuse for how great the food was.

People make mistakes, but today is no mistake this is deliberate. Every time we go to This Taco Bell we always have to check our order because they always forget items, but they don’t forget to charge to bill. Today was my last time… I have had enough… Not only was my order incorrect and the girl handed us the bag and closed the window like it was all done, she once she noticed we were still waiting for the rest of our order eventually she came back to the window and asked us what we wanted. We advised her that the order was missing a few things and she got them for us. Once we got home things got worse. The order still wasn’t correct and I literally got half a taco. Wow! Are you kidding me?! Guess not being black means you get hostility and not having your order taken! NO RACISM HERE! HA! Sad, pathetic, and out of the many Taco Bells I’ve been to before, this is not only the worst, but my only bad experience in Lafayette! RUDE HOSTILE AND PATHETIC! We went to another Taco Bell a block away, and were treated with the friendliness we get everywhere else. THIS WAS THE RUDEST we have ever been treated, at ANY business in Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, and Louisiana. HEY OWNER/​MANAGER, this wasn’t just who was on register. There were three employees that looked over at us and gave dirty looks, didn’t offer service, and when the one on register finally did, said «what do you want» with the contempt as if they had seen us before and knew us from some previous bad experience. We’ve never been to this TB before.
