Amazing customer service– by the owner no less!
I had placed an order online but later found out that there was an option to pick up my merchandise in person. I used the «live chat» feature on their website and was connected to an operator right away. Low and behold I was connected to the owner Christine. She was great! She checked on my order to see whether the item that I had ordered would be ready for pick up the next day. She offered to put it on hold «in the back» for me and thanked me for my patronage. I am going to pick it up at the store tomorrow so i’ll post more tomorrow.

I purchased My cloth diapers through Tender Cargo and everything was great! Although I did not choose the right ones, I was able to exchange them for the ones that fit the best. In that process, I must have asked Christine 15 questions through her chat to make sure I was getting the right ones. Christine was great and the 2^nd product I received was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for your prompt and very friendly service. I bought my Beco Butterfly Baby Carrier through Tender Cargo early this year. Since I live in the bay area, I stopped by and I was able to purchase directly there. I met Christine the owner of Tender Cargo and she was absolutely wonderful! EXCELLENT customer service and great updated quality products.
After I purchased the carrier, 6 weeks later I found out through Tender Cargo the carrier was being recalled for better retrofitting. I immediately got an email stating a detailed explanation of the recall. It was wonderful to know updates on issues like this because I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t get an email from them. I was able to send mine into the manufacturer and got it redone.
I absolutely highly recommend this website for purchasing baby items especially BABY CARRIERS! She also gives detailed blog entries of pictures of the various baby carriers which really helped me to purchase the one I did!
