Great place with excellent service! I went in not knowing what kind of arrangement I wanted for my fiancé and she made an arrangement that exceeded my expectations. Great place!

Having used these folks four times, calling from New York, which is where I live now, to have arrangements sent to relatives for birthdays and funerals, I’ve become increasingly disappointed when calling the Gardenaire. On my last order, I kept asking the lady who answered the phone for certain flowers to be included. Lillies? «No, don’t have them.» was her reply. Sunflowers? «Uh, lemme check. Nope, don’t have any of them either». White roses? Nope, no such luck. What my family member received was the photo I posted, in a typical old school cheap glass vase. Nothing tasteful or low profile. Just the ugly vase with a cheap white ribbon on it and a bunch filler leaves and flowers choked through the top opening; with a couple of white lilies(apparently they had them after all) and some daisies, which I never asked for. THIS was $ 65. I’ll admit that I was willing to spend much more on previous orders, but this was an easy enough order for them and the cost should have produced something a bit more tasteful, especially since they tout their ‘professional designer’. You guys let me down, and that makes me sad. I’ll be using other local floral designers going forward.

I tried to order a sympathy arrangement through 1800flowers, but the company was unable to provide same day or next day service. I found The Gardenaire through Google search and drove to the location without any issues. Yvette Burridge was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. This florist was able to deliver a beautiful standing spray of flowers to the Church a day before the service. Thank you so much!
