TJ Maxx

The store itself was fine. Clean and well maintained. My interaction with an older lady with glasses running the fitting room was very frustrating. I’ve never tried clothes on at this particular TJ Maxx. Other than me telling her how many items I had she did not say hi, I did not know which way to go in to the fitting room and it seemed to annoy her when I asked where to go. I am losing my
Voice so maybe that made her mad? Then when coming out, I did not know where to hang the clothing I did not want so I went up and asked her and she just glared and me and grabbed the clothes from me. I don’t know if she heard me, but I did tell her she was not very nice. Then she told me to have a good day in a not so nice tone. I don’t know what her problem was, but all I needed was a smile and politeness.

I really like TJ Maxx but I think they’re getting a little big for their britches. It seems that they are going for even more higher end stuff that, even at their heavily discounted prices, are still ridiculous for us budget-​minded folk. This store is clean and well organized but I wish they would carry a better selection of clothing. Also, XL is a rarity here.

The store is well maintained and kept fairly organized. I wish the store were bigger but overall, this is one of my favorite places to shop in the area. The checkout line goes fast and the associates are friendly.

I had the misfortune of visiting this store on Labor Day 2013 around 3:30p. The store itself was fine however, the woman covering the dressing room left a lot to be desired. From my personal interaction with her and my observations of her interactions with other customers, it is quite apparent that she has an issue with people of color. She was very rude and condescending to me (although I gave her no reason) and had not I found such great deals there, I would have walked out without spending a dime of my hard earned money. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this location again.

We have found several things here such as cheaper colts jerseys and pet toys.

Good prices on most things. They have a lot of name brand items at really good prices. I like a lot of their home décor and kitchen accessories. They have great prices on name brand pots and pans.
