As much as I try to give other stores business and stay away from places like Walmart, today’s visit to Walgreens reminds me why I find myself going back to places like Walmart.
Was trying to purchase an item on sale. Rang up wrong. Cashier, looking at the ad, tried to claim I had the wrong item. I actually had the right item. So, I left. If they feel like losing business over rude, incompetent cashiers, fine with me.
Also, wouldn’t hurt to have some extra help on a Friday afternoon. She was the only cashier, doing a return, trying to get someone to do a price check, ringing up sales.
Unfortunately, this has been more the norm than the exception lately.

Walgreen’s is the best. I love the pharmicists there they’re so helpful whether it’s helping me deal with insurance or calling the doctor for another refill they always get things taken care of very quickly and courteously.
