Whataburger

Presently surprised, friendly staff, quick service and the food was fresh hot and tasty.

Ive eaten here a couple times from the breakfast menu to the lunch menu they’re ok nuthing too much to brag about its a fast food joint the service & price are within reasonable

I never write a review on a fast food restaurant. But this one deserves it, we had excellent customer service, when we stopped here on our way home. The manager came to us to make sure we had everything we wanted.

I am giving this place four stars. I really wanted took give it 3 but the extra star is for LaSondra (not sure if I am spelling her name correctly) but she was amazing helping people with orders, checking on us, wishing customers safe travels.
Our food took a little longer for this place which wasn’t very busy but she apologized even thought it wasn’t her fault. So please treat her well Whataburger

Excellent! As good as I remembered.
I have a #1. Single w/​cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato & of course mustard the best condiment. Subbed onion rings for fries, Coke, & lemon pie for later. Just a good fast-​food burger. Constantly good for years.
Absolutely will return next time I’m on I-​10 in Louisiana.

Seriously the best taquito I have had in a long time! The tortillas were buttery and tasted homemade from this morning! The eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly! Some reviews complain about wait time, but it’s because its an «order to COOK» place! It isn’t McDonald’s. The food comes out fresh and hot! I usually skip out on the idea of fast food breakfast, even whataburger from time to time, but this location is worth the stop!

This was my first time ever eating at a Whataburger. I have friends who have raved about this place and I finally had an opportunity to try it out. The burger wasn’t bad, but the service here could have been slower only if being served by 80-​year-​old blind people in wheelchairs.

Well I’m glad I had my Jesus sandals in today. Because Jesus I almost fell on my whole behind due to the greasy floor. Good burgers and fries if you can summon the gods to help you.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Whataburger. The process of placing our order and the time in which we receive it wasn’t the issue, but the quality of the food was. After driving away we noticed that our bags weren’t the typical temperature we were used to and the aroma of french fries was non-​existent. We discovered that our burgers were cold and our fries to be luke warm and mushy. As we frequent this area often in our travels we will not be visiting this location again.

First time in a long time eating here. I walk in and order a burger. I am the only customer and they took almost ten minutes. NOBODY WORE GLOVES!!! I could not believe it. Then is saw the same guy that handled the mop and broom walk over and flip my burger. I tried to look for their rating, but I could not find it. They probably hid it from their customers. It was 5:00am, so maybe the day or night shift is better.

I’ve been a fan of Whataburger for some time so was delighted to see it amongst the other chains when scooting from Lafayette to Lake Charles on business.
Service was carried out in the usual way at a drive through with a person who knows she’s in a dead end job. But, it was not an unpleasant experience and I got just what I asked for in very quick time so no complaints.
I stuck with the basic Whataburger with cheese added, fully dressed. A side of onion rings as well. I knew that ordering such a big messy burger to eat while driving down the interstate was a big risk but I wanted that burger so took the risk. Glad I did because, mess though it was, it was so much better than other burger options at that same interstate exchange.
Onion rings were fair, Jack in the Box has the best, by the way.
But, for the price and for the quick service, I’d definitely go back to this or any Whataburger when only a burger will do.
