Ziebart

I had diamond gloss protection at Ziebart Lafayette on my new car recently. Diamond Gloss includes paint protections, road noise barrier, interior leather protections and 11 car washes. The paint protection application that is claimed to last for the life of the vehicle sounds like a marketing trick that aims at fouling people. I was not notified that this claim is based on annual re-​applications. At the end, the need for annual re-​applications is neither in small prints, nor hidden in any other way. Therefore, Ziebart’s actual claim on the durability of the Diamond Gloss is for a year or less. Well, I am okay with that. Since they provide a written warranty for one year, renewable if the owner of the car gets the coat re-​applied (at 50% discount on the initial cost).
The problem is that before they applied the paint protection, they did not wash my car well enough. Even, some bug’s dirt on the paints were still there, they applied the paint protections so the protection covered the dirt spots. That was really bad as a professional car detailing service. Then, when they applied leather conditioner for interior protections, they missed a lot of places. To me, I feel it was quite expensive for the service I got. I was not happy for their job done on my car.
Note: Ziebart Rhino from other cities might offer a better service. Unfortunately, Lafayette Ziebart is not a good one for your car although their customer service is good.

Their detailing was not so detailed. I ran my finger across the side of my door, and it had of back stuff on it. There was still dust on the buttons in my car, and they did not clean the one thing I specifically told them I wanted done. This cleaning was definitely not worth the price I paid, and I will not be returning again.

The customer service here is amazing. My truck had a remote start system installed by a different sorbet location that was not working properly. They fixed it for free and it only took them about 5 minutes. I will definitely be back.
