I feel so awful writing this review. The lady who owns the place is so super nice. I really wish I could recommend the place because I wanted a cool place to take my kids for special occasions.
When I walked in the Spanish music was blaring loudly. The layout is ok, but all the shelves are full of prepackaged candy (Almond Joys) etc and those were even pretty sparse. I found the bulk candy but almost all of the Jelly Belly containers were empty as were many other containers. There were no prices, so I just hoped I wouldn’t pay too much for the Skittles I bought.
When I got to the front, the lady took about 5⁄8 minutes checking me out because she answered the phone and got engaged in conversation. Meanwhile my little one is running everywhere. It just wasn’t the fun experience I hoped.
Again, she was so nice and I feel bad for writing a negative. The fudge was pretty good, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.
