The Monster Team did a great job today! Very impressed with the expertise of all their employees. Valerie (arborist) knew so much about our trees and what trimming was needed. The estimate was reasonable. The working crew of Shawn, Rachel, Manny and Bill did a fantastic and very professional job cutting down one tree and trimming up a few others. Our yard looks so much better! And the clean up was great. Also nice that Daniel (owner) stopped by to see how things were going. A super company to do business with!

Monster removed a tree for me last Fall and also trimmed another tree (as well as my jerk neighbor’s pine that hung over my fence.) They did this while I was at work one day. I came home and had a brand new, sunny backyard! You could not tell anyone had been there at all! All debris and leaves were picked up. It was honestly the best money ever spent. Valerie is the Arborist and she is so knowledgeable about how to care for the different types of trees. I highly recommend them.

First of all I don’t really like trees. OK? They scare me, tall and whimsical, you never know which way the wind will blow. I have a huge really scary MONSTER tree in the yard of a rental I own on the near west side of Cleveland. I tried not to look at it, with its low hanging branches and high up dead branch. I feared the cost of pruning equally with the cost of it conking someone on the head. But it was past the time to take action so based on the reviews I called Monster. Valerie called me back within the hour, came out the next day to meet with me. She is friendly, fun and so so knowledgeable full of very useful information about trees, plants and where to get really good home grown peaches. For an amazingly reasonable price, Valerie sent the Monster crew out the next day with their bucket truck and 4 workers. They finished the job in 45 minutes. This is THE BEST TREE SERVICE EVER. I like the big tree now. It seems friendly. inviting even. It will provide a shady respite from the blazing summer sun. Maybe I’ll plant one in my back yard. And if there are problems, I’ll just call Valerie.

We hired Monster Tree Service to trim and prune two huge trees in our backyard in North Olmsted, OH. Valeri was extremely personable, kind, and professional! She responded to our phone call quickly, and was very flexible with scheduling an estimate appointment. Also, her knowledge in the area was very obvious and she shared this knowledge with us happily. After the service was completed we were completely satisfied with the work and the clean-​up! Our backyard now looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company!

We hired Monster Tree Service to remove a few large branches from two of our trees, and prune around both trees. I was most impressed with how quickly Valerie contacted me after I submitted the online request. Many companies take forever to respond, or never do. Not Monster. Valerie responded quickly to any call or email question I had. Also she was very knowledgeable, and explained different options easily. She worked with what we wanted, and adjusted the quote to our requests. The day the work was completed the whole team was kind, allowing my 2 year old son to watch the very exciting bucket truck, and very efficient. The job looked great, and I can tell the trees are healthier because of it. I highly recommend Monster Tree Service.
