Piggly Wiggly

This is no Publix! But It’s one of the nicest PW’s in GA that I have gone to I would usually give this store a 3 Star. But these mugs have a restaurant/​bakery area with seats. Now that’s a Come Up or a Turn Up for PW in my eyes. So I here by deem this a 4 Star spot!
They stay open until about 11PM and with this being the only grocery store near the Marina it’s a good idea for them to stay open past 10 PM.
I can’t say that the people that work here were all that friendly. I came into the store twice. I did not hear a greeting either time. I walked around looking for certain items (Junk food mainly). I did actually hear several other people enter the store and they were all greeted properly. Since all of the people that were not greeted were Black and Latino I’m gonna take that 4 Star back down to a 3 Star. Oh yes I did. That hurt my feelings! :(
The prices were higher than Kroger and they have a lot of no name brands. They do have a nice International aisle that I was very pleased with. One of the items that I purchased was from the bakery. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. Nice, Moist, Soft. Just like I like them. I ate 8 of the 12 all by myself. :)

There is a Piggly Wiggly near my home in Atlanta and it is disgusting. So, I stopped in here with low expectations as it was the only grocery store near where we were staying and we wanted to pickup dessert for a cookout.
I was totally in awe of this store. It was clean, huge, had a café area, a huge inventory of products and a bakery that rivals Publix, Ingles and the like.
If I lived here, this would be my go to supermarket without a doubt.
