Ragan Clearing Grading & Septic Tanks

This company was hired to install a new septic system for our home in July 2015. Before they began digging in our yard, they were clearly told about the electric line underground going to our storage unit and specifically knew where it was and ended up cutting it anyway and they did not pay to have it repaired. When they were done with installation, we were told that the ground would settle in about a few months but until then, not to have any heavy machines, etc on that part of the ground. Well, almost one year later the ground did not settle, creating several holes, one of which was 3 feet wide and 3 feet deep with an exposed pipe! We could smell the fumes from the septic tank in our home which is dangerous. The company was called to come back out. They came and said that nothing was wrong but they would fill the hole and charge for man hours. Overall this company was rude from beginning to end.
The long and the short of it is that I will never use this company again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. Lesson learned!
