West Georgia Custom Fence

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They put up a poorly crafted fence which fell down a month after construction and they never Anwser the phone when I call to have them come fix it… Or they tell me they sent someone out and he fixed it. If it is so fixed why is a whole damn side of it laying on the ground? They also were suppose to come stain my neighbors fence but never showed up to do that either. Save your money go with someone else!

The only reason they get a single star is because I had to. The fence they built looks great. They have not fixed minor details that they said were no problem, in 3 months as of this post. They hit our electrical and sent an uncertified electrician out to fix it. Also, never do anything with these guys unless you get it in writing. Said they would stain my fence as part of the deal. Now they are saying it wasn’t part of the deal and asking for more money. Don’t waist your time with this company. They claim superior customer service. But, as soon as you ask them to fix or finish something they don’t return calls promise to contact you later. After 3 months I finally talked with the owner. After I confronted him and didn’t t back down to his bullying he hung up on me. When I called the manager the owner picked up the phone said I couldn’t go around him because he «owns all the damn phones» and still tried to bully me. Not the customer service or treatment they claim.
