Employees are not here to lecture me on why I did something wrong on self check out, how about you just do your job and press the two buttons needed to continue my shopping process. Pretentious condescending people that most likely don’t even live in Laguna beach. Horrible place and it’s packed and parking is mediocre but it is right off pch. Appalled to say the least, I just hope management teaches its employees common courtesy

5 stars because I have been coming here pretty much all my life. But what I saw today disgusted me so much I needed to report it somehow. A cashier by the name of Michelle Fisher was extremely out of line with her coworker in front of customers. Her coworker is somewhat disabled but that is no excuse at all to be very clearly prejudice of him in front of everyone. The poor guy was just doing his job, bagging up groceries and talking with customers at a completely average volume with an extremely friendly tone. For some reason Michelle felt it necessary to stop everything she was doing, to hold up the line just so she could express anger at the boy for speaking! Her tone, the look in her eyes towards him was very disturbing. It was heartbreaking to watch his very high and sweet spirits crushed. I mentioned to him that he was doing an amazing job and that the way he speaks is just fine. If a manager were present I would have brought this to their attention instead of in a public form. But something should be done here and there was no manager present. It is just wrong to do that to others. To shame them like that in front of everyone. I hope this woman gets put in check. And I will be following up on this to see if any person in authority was notified.

I went to get some essentials for my trip that I forgot to pack. I was able to get 4 out of the 5 things I had gone for.(They have a very limited make up section) However, the items I got were priced well. When I got to the register the cashier was very friendly. He even have us the store discount even though we did not have a savings card. In all, the store was clean and easy to navigate, and the workers were friendly and helpful.

Located right on PCH this is the tiniest Ralph’s Market I’ve ever shopped in. Out for a drive along the coast on a gorgeous summer afternoon, we searched for a place to grab a snack and use the restroom. Spotted this petite grocery store nestled between high-end art galleries and swank cafes. Confident we could grab a quick sandwich I parked and dashed inside. A clerk, positioned at the door, directed me to the restroom, located in a storeroom. The helpful deli clerk showed me their selection of freshly-made sandwiches. A brief walk through the store assured me, while housed in a smaller building, this store was loaded with a brilliant variety of fresh fruits, veggies, staples and sundries. Some shopping carts were full, others carried baskets on their arm. Aisles were small, but shoppers were cordial to one another. Outside the store was festooned with plants, flowers and garden minutia. Pretty. The postage-stamp parking lot accommodated the flow of vehicle traffic, but there seemed to be more foot traffic from houses on the hill behind the market. I can’t imagine doing my weekly shopping in such a tiny store, but maybe just over the hill, inland, larger stores and markets feed the residents of Laguna Beach. We’ll have to explore more next time we’re in the area.

This is a nice little neighborhood grocery store. There isn’t a lot of parking but be patient. People get in and out pretty quick. It’s very small inside but it’s organized well. They have pretty much everything you could need. They sell beer, wine and liquor if you’re wanting to grab items for the beach. They also sell beach towels and floaties.

The store is small, but extremely organized for the space they do have. I had the sweetest cashier who wished me happy birthday and scanned her coupon card when I couldn’t find mine. Always on my list of stops when I find myself in Laguna.

This young man named Hunter was very helpful today! He made my grocery shopping experience about 10 times better! Usually grocery shopping is a task assigned by my wife, Hunter was very quick to recommend the best products for my need including ice, fantastic chicken, and extremely tasty pasta! I highly recommend you coming to this location! And ask if hunters around he will probably be just as happy to help you too!!!

I’m a loyal customer to Ralph’s and have been for over 20 years. The staff of every Ralph’s I have ever been to has always been so kind and if I ever have multiple errands to do within the area I would leave my car there and shop last because it’s a bunch of groceries. It’s never been a problem before. Today, I wanted to have a quick lunch and shop at Ralph’s shortly after. I parked my car at Ralph’s parking lot. Yes, I saw the signs saying that if you’re not a customer then your car will get towed. And I understand this policy because you can lose profit with people who park there and not shop. After an hour of lunch(took about 10 – 15 minutes to walk from the destination) we went back to Ralph’s to get our snacks and went back to… well my car disappeared. Lucky for us, the food we got wasn’t heavy. So we walked all the way to the place my car got towed and the woman was so unhelpful in explaining herself. «You’re no longer considered a customer the second you’re foot is out of the store.» I’ve never had this problem with any other Ralph’s before. The manager and associates there always tell me why waste gas and drive to all these places if everything is all in one plaza? My ticket said they noticed the car at 12:34 and my car got towed at 1:06. $ 255 and a 2 mile walk with food and my board back later, I got my car back. Oh, and when I went in to shop and asked for a certain item, the associate gave me attitude. Horrible place!

My first time shopping at this Ralph’s Market and I had a great experience. I stopped by this past Saturday to pick up roses for Mother’s Day. I would say the store was mildly busy with customers coming in an out and shopping all around. Despite the customer traffic the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I basically wanted the roses bouquet I bought to look presentable & out of the generic Ralph’s Market clear plastics wrapping. Both the manager on site and the girl at the cashier paged the florist who happened to be gone for the day. However, Christina Crouse an employee helped me out and did a fantastic job. Her customer service was great and made my visit to Ralph’s Market a pleasant one. I will definitely be returning.

I haven’t shopped here extensively… but during a recent surf-holiday in Laguna I came here several days in a row, namely b/c I“m a berry-fanatic, for some lazy-dude shopping. I Love cali berries, which are available in mixed fruit cartons here for ~½ the typical Henry’s(a second fave of mine) or Whole foods prices. The blackberries(I swear they’re seedless for a split-second during each first bite). ooooh, the berries!!! The deli here is also rather impressive, considering the store’s small size(cheap chicken caesar wraps and greek salads!).(Shockingly) great prices and selection, complete w/most of the yupster items I crave. Ralph’s makes me want to relocate to Cali. Don’t knock Ralph’s. It’s the best… it’s like that first wife who’s not a gold-digger, thus shouldn’t be taken for granted. I’ve tried the other stores in OC, but I always come back :-) In my experience, the staff here is helpful and upbeat.

We were in Laguna for the Pageant of Masters and the hotel didn’t have an ATM. I walked across the street to Ralph’s and the Lady at the register didn’t even mind. Such a nice attitude. We went back later for ice cream and cookies — nice store and people who work there…
