A gem of a boutique in Laguna Beach! Beautiful array of clothing, shoes, and accessories. Oh! The jewelry! There are such unique pieces that it makes it hard to choose! The sales people are helpful but not pushy and will guide you in finding something that is right for you. I will be shopping here again in the near future. Sasha gets it right.

I was in Laguna this past weekend for my Mom’s bday. Mom is pretty hip and this year we all agreed no gift cards. A server at the Montage recommended that I try Sasha. I had a couple of beers across the street at the Deck and then walked across. I had no idea what I was going to get but I soon found myself in good hands. I was helped by a smashing young blonde woman — she listened, asked me some questions, and recommended some baubles and beach wear that had my Texas mom feeling all Laguna Beach.

I couldn’t agree more with the review below in regards to customer service. I had a similar instance this afternoon. I bought a set of bracelets on Monday(from the owner) only to find out I already own the exact set that I had forgotten about. I took them back today in an attempt to exchange for other merchandise at this point is when they tell me «jewelry is final sale». I understand these types of policies working in customer relations myself. HOWEVER, it’s all about the delivery and being informed. The Asian lady, that apparently manages store, was rude in her demeanor and«compromised» by allowing me to exchange for another color. Obviously I would have bought the other color the first time around if I wanted another color so, to me, that is no compromise. You’re forcing me to buy something THAT I DON’T WANT when you already have my money. I was totally fine with the«No Refund» policy as that is certainly the case at most high-end boutiques but you also assume you’re getting«high-end» customer service, not at Sasha. When asked if I could talk to the woman that I dealt with on Monday the Asian lady simply said«You could email her but she’ll just defer back to me and let me decide». The fact is that they were obviously not worn, I hadn’t even taken them out of the box and they were unwilling to allow any other type of exchange. She also mentioned that the policy is printed on the receipt but what good does that do if you’ve already made the purchase and couldn’t exchange anything even if you hadn’t even left the store yet?!?(I pointed that out and she had no comment) Pretty ridiculous. With all the competition of high-end boutiques in Orange County, I’ll definitely decide to spend my money elsewhere and will NEVER recommend this place. Sad part is that I deal with many affluent women in Orange County and always get asked where I purchase my apparel, jewelry, shoes, etc and this store will never be promoted through me. As mentioned in a previous review, I do what I can to ALWAYS keep the small businesses alive and thriving but there are certain situations that you cannot condone, this being one of them. They have absolutely lost a customer, along with many other potential customers, as well. What a shame. There are several other boutiques in CDM/Newport that carry, essentially, the same products/brands that are far superior in their customer service and deserve to have money spent there. I was excited to discover a new store to shop at… for all of 3 days.

Wow, in utter shock at the lack of customer service. I purchased a bracelet here. The clasp broke only a few weeks afterwards so I called the store to see what their return policy was on defective merchandise. The lady, who identifies herself as the store owner, engages in this conversation along the lines of «I have no idea what you may have done with this bracelet while it was in your possession.» Meanwhile, she is actually yelling while she is saying this. If you are looking for any sort of customer service, this is not the place to shop! When the owner cares so little about its customers and speaks so rudely, way not worth this shopping experience. As much as I want to keep small boutiques alive, there has to be a better reason to shop here. She has just lost another customer.

Love, love love. Sasha has great style and such a great selection of top designers that people really want to wear. The boutique is located in the heart of Laguna. I just bought a pair of Trove TKees sandals and love them.

I had no idea what to get my girlfriend for her birthday until I stumbled into this very cool, litte boutique in Laguna. Like a sherpa leading a blind man up a mountain, the staff was super-patient and helpful, eventually guiding me down the path toward retail enlightenment. Picked out a really nice pair of earrings.
