Soothe app honest review: I had a great experience with soothe. Booked the same day and my therapist was punctual, courteous and totally professional. She was excellent at what she does. She was attentive to the areas I told her needed help and she took extra care. She checked in with me to see how I was doing. I was a little nervous about having a stranger in my house, but there was zero weirdness. She was great. I can’t recommend this app highly enough! Soothe is the best! My least favorite part about going to a spa is driving home after a massage. When soothe comes to my house, I can just stay relaxed. I also love that I can try out new therapists or rebook one I already know I like. For $ 30 off, you can use promo code OFXHA

I was booked for an 6:30 PM, she showed up at 6:45 and by the time she was «set-​up» it was 7pm. I’d asked for deep-​tissue service and for the first 30 or so minutes of the session all I got was «light» shoulder rub (nothing close to what a deep tissue should be). And all this after asking a few times to put her back into the problem area. She was nice, but I did not pay $ 139 to get nice… I called the next they to Soothe’s customer svc, and they offered a $ 30 credit on my account. I told them that it was a complete waste of my time, and the right thing would be to re-​issue a new session on them, but they would not even consider my input, when it should have been them not me offering to correct this the right way. Pretty disappointed with the whole thing. It was my 3rd time using them. It’s truly a shame. They could have made it right, but did not. Too bad, now the whole world knows about it.

I have to admit that I was a little unsure about trying this out but it was the best experience I have had in a long time. The therapist arrived right on time and did a great job getting the knots out of my shoulders. I recommend it to all and I look forward to my next massage.

My friend and I had a couples massage. The massage therapists were wonderful and professional. I highly recommend this service. I would definitely use it again!
