Mona and Natalie gave myself and my girlfriend a Thai Swedish massage. I’ve never felt so tingly and relaxed as I have after this massage. There’s some light stretching, light tissue massage and kind hands. If you get a massage in Laguna, this is the place to go! Thanks to the team here. And thanks for the wonderful tea afterwards.

Benji is the one to ask for! She is dear and incredibly able! Not only is the location a Tai oasis on the Laguna Beach, but Benji found every issue my body was struggling with worked them through. She was a good listener and finding the areas I spoke about, she reduced the pain in my neck and shoulders and made my headache disappear! After my massage I sat with tea and fresh cut pineapple! I left feeling renewed, strong and longing for my next one! Thank-​you!

Bengy is fantastic! She did great pressure points on my back and hamstrings. Then stretching all over. The whole Thailand feel is beautiful through out, from reception area to the massage rooms. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. If in Laguna and need a massage, go to Thailand. … in spirit. All thumbs up!

Wow!!! That is what I can say about Thai Body Works. Went in on a weekend with my husband and got in in an hours notice for a couples massage. Kate and Benji were amazing. They provided us with a wonderful experience. Combination Swedish and Thai massage with amazing stretches. 1 hour was not enough for us. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. I went in again for an hour and a half with Mina and she was amazing as well. It was an experience. The stretching component was the main increase for the extra half hour. I would describe Mona as a healer. She was amazing!!! Their rates are fare and availability was great. I’m 3 for 3 now. So I don’t think it matters who you get. So far we were met with darling and beautiful spirits that provided us the healing touch that we were looking for. We will definitely go back again.

Whoa! Based on the positive Unilocal reviews, my wife and I decided to give the place a try. The worst part of the entire experience was realizing I could have started going there a year earlier, but didn’t. The massage was outstanding and I was very impressed with the near chiropractic treatment Pam gave me at the end of the 90 minute massage. The deep tissue and stretching combination was amazing. Just a great massage!
The place is clean, warm, friendly and relaxing. Hard to imagine anyone being disappointed with that massage…

I’m really torn here as to how to rate my experience with the combo Thai massage.
5 stars: Was in such pain when I walked in. 90 mins later I walked out with no pain.
Also, the tea was delicious. Reasonable, non sweatshop prices a plus.
1 star: I think they switched out the massage tech ½ way through the massage. I heard her leave & heard someone return. Was not comfortable with the second person: although they delivered a skillful massage, they couldn’t keep the towel secure to save their lives (this is the part where you are seated upright & also turned around). It was rather startling to open my eyes to see someone I didn’t recognise when they ended my massage.
At one point they were playing jazz type (sax) lounge music which I asked them to change (they did) because it was just too weird in this venue.
Combo Thai Massage
Cons:
To those who are modest, would not recommend the combo massage. For the combo, you will be up close and personal with someone stretching you while your towel is falling off your chest. LOL. It’s one big wardrobe malfunction! The towel is just a formality (as others here have mentioned.) So if you care, BYO double-​sided sticky tape. IMHO I think having to use the towel is just a big pain and that regular Thai Massage would make for an altogether better experience. Traditionally Thai massage is a 2 hr session so trying to combine Swedish + Thai into a 90 min session loses something in translation — the stretches are much shorter in duration.
Pros:
Best of both worlds in terms of having hands applying lotion directly to the skin as with a Swedish type massage while utilizing the acupressure and stretching which Thai massage excels at.
So, in the end, I decided to base my rating on my level of pain relief while taking off a bit for personal discomfort since it seems others here have not had similar experience.

First time I ever got s Thai massage. Very thorough and helpful for my sore neck. Would go again. Price very reasonable.

I consider myself a Thai massage connoisseur, and I had the best massage of my life here with Natalie. I have spent months in Thailand and enjoyed many many Thai massages, but nothing like this experience. Natalie has an ability to find that spot, all those spots immediately and seems to know how much I can handle. My wife and I are now loyal Thai Body Works patrons!

Price is great for what you get. Location is easy to find. And they can always find a time that works best for you. Make an appointment or just show up. You’ll only have to wait at most 10 minutes. They are super friendly and send you text reminders. They’ll also text you discounts!

The best Thai massage in Orange County! The quality of the work and the friendly staff makes me come back almost weekly.

This is the 2^nd time I’ve been here and they do not disappoint! They are super friendly and surprisingly strong and very efficient. I had the fusion massage and it was perfect. I brought my older brother who’s visiting and he was very impressed. He’s had a lot of Thai massages in Thailand so he was a little worried it wouldn’t compare, but Pam did not let him down. Natalie was amazing, and kept the pressure deep the whole time, just how I like it. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you so much for giving this amazing service

I live in north OC and have been making the trip out to this place in Laguna Beach for a few years now. I’ve been to all 3 locations actually and each time I go it has been worth the drive. The massages they offer are like a combination of yoga and chiropractic services all rolled into one. But not the scary neck cracking chiropractic services most people are scared to receive. With each massage I have felt rejuvenated, relaxed and whole again afterwards. The atmosphere here is very relaxed and welcoming. And they’re located right next door to the beach. It just makes for a perfect morning, afternoon or even all day adventure. The staff (Natalie, Joan, Nisha and June) are all very friendly and I’ve always received the best service and treatment from each of the staff members

Highly recommended! Took us back to Thailand as the massage therapist were friendly and very kind. The massage was the best we’ve had in a very long time considering we get massages often.

Got the massage from here many time this place are friendly staff nice location that I can easy to walk a minutes to the beach and very strong hand deep just what I want «no more back pain for me. Adela Natalie Pam all of them so great. I defiantly go back for sure.

Just had a massage with Elly. It was very relaxing. She did a lot of stretching which felt amazing and worked out all my knots. She served a very nice hot lemon grass tea and fresh pineapple. Great way to start my day.

Have spent thousands here and turned in a 10 free massage card and then got call telling me I’m stealing and that I have fake massage cards? Funny after you and your family spends over 10 k at a place they just forget about you like that terrible go to BAY THAI or PO SIAM for epic massages

I don’t understand how this place is so loved. My massage was so awful. It was all elbows and knees and none of it felt good. I really was trying to enjoy it. When she went to use her hands around my neck she was digging her fingernails into the side of my neck! The staff was very nice even my masseuse was very friendly but it was a terrible experience for me. I have had massages at different places and I do like a strong massage but I don’t want sharp elbows and sharp fingers and pointy torture :(
