Mega knowledgeable staff that give you options on shipping, delivery, packaging etc. I have dropped 2 oz. envelopes and 50 lbs. of stuff with no time or thought of how to get it there and they have handled it. Sometimes there may be a short wait, but that is a testament to their success as a go-​to. The only downside is that Jean-Paul’s Goodies is no longer 50 feet away, the best (formerly) coffee in Laguna,

I’ve received courteous and professional customer service from EVERY employee, EVERY time I’ve visited this location. If it’s busy they make an effort to keep things moving while providing excellent service for everyone in line. Even if I’m just dropping off a pre-​paid return for UPS or FedEx, I’m offered a receipt so I’m sure my return will arrive (similar businesses in town do not do this). When I need to ship something they’ll take the time to explain the price and delivery options to give me the best for my money. Once or twice they even added the extra tape needed on my package at no charge. I drive out of my way to do business at this location specifically because of the customer service.

I stopped by this UPS store after a rather upsetting episode from my Irvine store and was very pleased with the friendly helpful service from Terri. I only needed a stamp but she took care of me.
My best friend has been going there for 8 years and they take excellent care of all of his postal needs.

Caught in a jam and needed some flyers printed. They were the only shop open for me to use. Fast, friendly and efficient.

I learned a lot after my experience at the store. I was sending a shoebox size box to the Midwest for my sister’s birthday. It was Sat (Feb 21) and I decided to send it based on the clerk’s certainty it would be there by Friday (Feb 27). After ringing it up, the total was higher than the quote. I looked down, read the receipt and he charged me $ 1.00 unknowingly and without asking for «tape». It took me back that he would just throw the charge in there. But, because it was only a dollar, I paid it. I was on my way then, but with a slightly bad taste in my mouth.
The worst part of my experience was that the package did not make it by the time the clerk said it would. Sparing details, the package had to be returned to Laguna Beach store because it didn’t make it in time. The store and the company were not willing to credit me anything even though it was their fault the package didn’t arrive and needed to be returned. I finally received my sister’s gift back March 6^th. Overall, not a good experience. I can’t say I’ll never be back because it has a convenient location off PCH, but will not frequent the store.

I can’t understand how this place stays in business. This is not the first time that this disrespect All I did was drop my packages off, and I offered to help and move them closer to the register, so the woman could scan them. I had a number of boxes to drop off, so I didn’t want to be rude and just take off. I offered again to help her even though I continued to get pelted with condescending remarks about the protocol of dropping off boxes at «her» store. This little lecture was done in front of other customers, including some deep breaths and eyeball rolling. I drop off packages at a number of UPS stores and have never been treated like you treat your customers. So now, allow me to retort:
«Lady…which is what you are NOT, but I will refer to you as that. I don’t know who broke your heart, but taking your anger out on innocent customers is not how you keep a business open. Here’s a thought… CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE and put a smile on that puss of yours, shut the yap if you can’t be polite. Go take some people pleasing classes. Or if that’s not possible for you, go work at the post office. You and your sour tude would fit in PERFECT there. I feel sorry for your significant other, if they haven’t already headed for the hills due to your wonderfulLizzy Borden Charm!!!»…F-A-B !!!

I have been in many UPS Stores and this location ranks at the top for me. Friendly and knowledgable staff provided prompt service. This store has been recently remodeled and is quite nice. They offer printing, Notary and LIve scan services in addition to shipping.

If you need a notary service in Laguna Beach, don’t even think to go to that store. I had the worse experience ever. The girl was very inexperienced and on top of that she was very uncooperative. The store owner was not any better. On my question if he knows the answer to my question because I couldn’t get it from his notary staff, he was simply rude to me saying that he would not answer any questions.
There is another notary on South PCH, just go there and you would get a very friendly customer service and an advice if you need any.
