Alex does work on my websites and my computer. This guy knows what he is doing. He is super friendly and he gets the job done. This is the kind of person i will hire in a heart beat. I like people with ethics and morals.

Alex really saved us today! I own a boutique in Laguna Beach and our computer/
pos crashed yesterday and I struggled on where to turn for immediate in store help. To try and run a business on a busy summer weekend processing sales manually is next to impossible. He sensed the urgency in my call and reworked his own busy schedule to make it to my shop at 10am when we opened. He is absolutely fair, professional, and was able to have us up and running in less than 1 hour.

Alex, owner of User Friendly Computer Services, is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I recently had PC response issues that, despite my best efforts, were getting worse and I could not resolve on my own. I called User Friendly Computer Services and Alex was at my house within hours. He determined that I had a hard drive issue and told me I had the option of replacing the hard drive or getting a new PC. I opted to go for a new machine and again Alex was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction as far as what to buy, as well as where to shop. After I purchased my PC, I called Alex again to help transfer my old information over, which went without a hitch. Hopefully, I won’t be needing any tech help again for a while, but when I eventually do, I will definitely be calling User Friendly Computers Services.

I have used this service several times for both my home and office computers. Alex, the owner, is always prompt both in returning phone calls and being on time for all appointments.
Alex set up my new computer at home. He made it so easy to use and did not confuse me with things that I didn’t really need to know.
When my work computer started to slow down Alex came and cleaned it up, removed what I didn’t need and didn’t chide me for having such an old one!
While he was at my store he also helped me set up my smart phone, as I had not had one before, this was so helpful!
