The gentleman there is always so friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced compares to other places I’ve been in the area. Speedy service and have never had a problem. Recommend these guys for sure!

Worst customer service ever I will never ever bring my clothes here again… I was there at 2.55pm on Friday and they were already closed..

I was so disappointed in how unethical they are and how they treat their customers. They can ruin your clothes and have no responsibility in correcting their mistake. You can read the long story for entertainment or just know that I had to get an attorney to get the owner to give me replacement value on a pair of pants they ruined. I brought in a pair of khaki’s(to be pressed) that had never seen a dry cleaners before. The next time I wore them I noticed when I was in the sunlight there where«bleach» stains all over the pants. I took them back they next day and the first question I was asked was, «who did that?» I asked the owner Darrin what might have happened and can the pants be fixed. He replied he will try. The next day I called and he couldn’t get the stains out. I asked what they might be and he said he didn’t know. I simply asked for replacement value of the pants and not full retail and he said before he could do that he would have to send them in. Send them in where? Send them to who? He was vague and not very forthcoming with information. He mentioned he would have to send the pants. Yes Darrin, send the pants where? To the east coast to have the pants«analyzed». Really? Analyzed? By who Darrin? A company he replied. Darrin was playing the vague card again, but is the owner at the same time. I didn’t appreciate that. So I said to Darrin, be straight with me you are sending the pants to be analyzed for insurance reasons. Because dry cleaners use harmful chemicals like PERC(Tetracholroethylene) and/or to see if he was at all responsible for damaging the pants. Well I knew how this was going to end. Some sort of paper stating the Cleaners were in no way responsible or liable for ruining the pants. I was right but had to wait over 4 weeks to hear that nice little bit of info from Darrin. So i am without my Khakis and I had to follow up with Darrin because the initial two weeks turned into four. And he had a piece of paper from his insurance company saying he was not responsible for ruining my pants because the results were inconclusive in determining what the chemical on the pants were! So i said to Darrin the only time those pants had ever seen the inside of a dry cleaners was your shop. And even though you pressed them, not even dry cleaned them, you are not responsible in any way for ruining the pants because YOUR insurance company says so!!! You got to love America! I told him I would like something for the pants and that I think he should offer replacement value. The pants were Joseph Abboud and bought for $ 85 and I was asking for $ 50. He wanted to haggle with me over the price. I asked for the damaged pants back and he didn’t even have them. I got an attorney out of principal and a letter was sent. Darrin suddenly was interested in resolving the issue but was very upset that I had contacted a lawyer and was issued a letter asking him to replace the value of the pants or end up in small claims court. See Darrin now had to decide, do I lose a day of work or just give this guy $ 50? Darrin gave me $ 50. But it took a threat from our legal system to get him to take any action. Otherwise he would of continued to hide behind his big ol’ insurance company.

I’ve been using these cleaners for about a year now, and have been very happy with the job they have done. Previously, I had been disappointed with a number of cleaners in the area(poorly cleaned items, shiny, over pressed items, damaged items, etc.) have not had any disappointments with these guys. And as mentioned in other reviews they are extremely professional and friendly! They are also very conveniently located in the Stater Brothers shopping center on El Toro, west of Moulton. Open @ 6am!

I have been going to this dry cleaner for years and have always been extremely pleased. The prices are reasonable. They are always reliable to do a thorough job, even with garments with difficult stains and delicate fabrics. They are also the nicest people. I am so glad that they are in my neighborhood, so super convenient.

Very reliable cleaner. My family and I have been coming here for close to a decade now. Their prices are reasonable and their service is friendly. Cleaning and pressing of normal dress shirts is $ 2 and $ 6 for suit pants or blazer.

I miss this dry cleaner from my days living in OC(Haven’t found anything close to this place in the bay yet). Excellent service and they definitely go the extra mile to get things done on time. Same day service and very reasonable price. Also, they are attentive to requests and problem areas on your garments; something hard to find at many cleaners. Definitely a great find in the neighborhood!

Sure, these folks are friendly and personable — but at the end of the day, they didn’t clean my sweaters! I dropped off 6 cashmere sweaters. Upon pick up, they all had ‘pills’ on them. When I asked the ‘friendly folks’ to remove them, they were no longer friendly. The guy snatched the credit card from my hand and ran it as I was explaining to the girl what my experience has been with every other cleaner coast to coast which is picking up clean, pill-free sweaters. He said they only clean, they don’t remove ‘pills’. I asked him«what am I going to do with these? I can’t wear them like this.» He shrugged his shoulders and said, «at least I gave you a discount.» Discount? Are you kidding me? They normally charge $ 6 for cardigans and $ 5 for others… none of mine were cardigans, and I was charged $ 5 each — ANDTHEYWERENEVERPROPERLYCLEANED! There’s more… I packed these sweaters to take on a trip back east, and, upon high recommendation, brought them to Spring Cleaners in New Providence, NJ for ‘pill-removal’. The woman who helped me was Zizi, the owner. YAY! I found her to be very friendly and professional. She commented on the plastic stapled-in tag and I told her I just picked them up from the cleaners and I was wondering if she could remove the ‘pills’. No problem. She further inspected the fabrics and showed me on each garment where they hadn’t been cleaned. It was true… when I got these back from her, they were like new! — bright, fresh and PILL-FREE! Spring Cleaners is also organic. Zizi takes great pride in her work and knows her customers. She wants you to look great. And from what I saw, it’s a busy place. I love Spring Cleaners! I’ve already told friends and family to use them. I’ve seen the way they do shirts, too… perfect! Too bad Zizi doesn’t have a location in Southern California(yet).

Map is off by ½ mile. They are in the shopping center West of Moulton near Starbucks. Great friendly service and prices. Open on Sundays which is great for me. Always asks about friends we all know and has a ready treat for my son. Nice to have that personal and small town feel with the personality of this place. They have always done right by me and there are much closer places.
