My first impression was how honest and upfront the technician was. I had a blown fuse and he replaced it no charge! From that time on I have used Controlled Climates for all of our heating and cooling needs at our rental units and our home. Their price is also very reasonable and I appreciate that they are always on time and clean up after the work has been completed. To sum it up — honest — efficient — reliable– clean –fast.
They are as is as good as it gets!
