Dermatex Hair Orange County

I finally got my new hair and I love it! After years of looking older than my age, I finally decided to do something about it. After months of research and a few consultations I decided on Dermatex.
I chose them because I felt very comfortable during my first initial consultation. The staff was very professional, there was no pressure and the price was reasonable compared to 2 other centers i had visited. My hair looks and feels better than I could of have ever imagined. No one has any idea what I have done. I can’t believe how perfectly they matched human hair to the color and texture of my hair. i can finally look in the mirror and feel like myself again.
Unfortunately, I was told it would take 5 to 6 weeks for my new hair to be completed but it took 8 long weeks. It may not sound like a big deal but when you are counting the days, it is! This came close to ruining what was otherwise a great experience. The worst part is no one bothered to call me to explain the delay.
Finally, I called to complain. The owner Nick called me promptly. He apologized and explained the reason for the delay. He also gave me a free month’s service which i appreciated. Overall even with the delay this has been a great experience and I rate this company 5 stars. Their work was excellent and I highly recommend them.

I live in Reno but my family is in South Cal for 20 years. Of course they know well the area where I used to live in Orange County. My situation is: My hair had been thinning for several years. I tried all the lotions and pills that promise me to grow your hair back. They were all worthless. After visiting a few other companies I found Dermatex on Unilocal.When I went in for my consultation I knew I was in the right place. The person I talked to gave me the straight truth about hair loss and the options available, without any hype or pressure. After doing an evaluation he recommended a laser program and gave me a realistic idea of what I could achieve. The hair loss has stopped and my hair looks thicker. I could not be happier.

I tried everything from hair transplants to Rogaine, nothing worked. After a lot of frustration I went to Dermatex for a consultation. I finally have normal hair. I wish I went to Dermatex years ago. They have been great! If you have hair loss, I definitely recommend them!

Went to a couple of dermatologist regarding potential hair loss before meeting with Dermatex. Their service and knowledge completely put me at ease. After a thorough review and open discussion of my options, I was relieved to finally get an expert’s truthful opinion without trying to sell me anything. Cant recommend this place enough if you are debating different treatments!

I was freaking out about my hair loss so I went to Dermatex for a consultation. After going over my family history and examining my scalp the consultant told me I had nothing to worry about.
He told me that I did not have genetic hair loss and that a certain amount of hair loss is normal. He told me to stop worrying about my hair because I was never going to loose it. What a relief‼He could have easily sold me on anything and I would have believed it. I really appreciated the honesty. This company provides a great service.

I am sitting in Dermatex OC writing this review. I just finished my service on Virtual Reality hair. I live in Laguna Niguel and I have been driving to the San Diego location for 15+ years. What a relief when I found out they opened a second location right here in Orange County. I’m happy to say the service here is as great as what I’ve been used in San Diego. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and I only live 10 minutes away.

Dermatex is amazing! I was visiting Orange County and needed some help with my hair. I found Dermatex on Unilocal and couldn’t be happier. It was a great experience.
