Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Called in to ask for help with the Enterprise Plus App to reserve my vehicle. The manager informed me he does not know anything about the Enterprise Plus Application and then flat out refused to help me! Worst customer service experience ever!!! I had to call in to the corporate number to get help. The corporate consultant was patient, efficient and even helpful with suggestions. I got the vehicle for near the advertised price not the double inflated price this location was trying to get! Rude and utterly ridiculous, I would never recommend dealing with this location if avoidable.

Everyone is nice and helpful, but maybe under-​staffed. The car I got was horrible. Weird and numerous stains all over the carpet. High-​mileage for a rental, pushing 40,000. Shocks were soft and the ride was rough.

Wasn’t happy with this office at all. Been renting from Enterprise for many years and of course, each office is different. I needed a car for a day or two because mine was being repaired. The guy at the counter barely looked up to greet us when we walked in. After we explained about our own car being in the shop he offered a 10% discount that they give when you come from a local garage. I thought that was helpful. Then he said that all they had left were pick-​up trucks. The rental fee for those is about twice the fee for a small, economy car. He didn’t offer to reduce the rate seeing as how they were ones out of vehicles so we said thanks but no thanks. He just said, «Sure,» and let us leave. Poor customer service at best. But that’s OK because that’s when I discovered the other Enterprise office on Rockfield Blvd. in Lake Forest. Those ladies were fabulous. If you need to rent a car, go to that office. Lots of cars and friendly employees!

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everybody’s nice and accommodating especially Rachel. Rented a car here for more than a month when we needed ours repaired and sometimes 2 – 4 days when we go on vacation. Our experience has always been great. Thank you guys!

The folks at the Ridge Route Enterprise Rent A Car are very professional and friendly. Always have a smile on their faces and happy to be working there. Keep up the good work!

I’ve had several bad experiences at this location. Cars not available despite having a reservation, seat full of urine, left over Mexican food in the console and so on.
They promise a quick pick up… baloney. Told on multiple occasions it will take about an hour and a half.
Blows!

Horrible Experience. Made a reservation for a vehicle rental. I received a call the day before we were to pick up the rental and enterprise CANCELLED our rental. Their excuse «we have been highly overbooked».
They have ruined our trip plans and now we can’t find another rental company on such a short notice on a holiday.
What enterprise, you don’t know how many cars you have available? Or you just don’t care and just want to get as many reservations as possible then cancel if you need to?

Amanda was amazing! We rented a car for Labor Day weekend so I was a little hesitant about them actually having a car available for me. We were in and out in less than 20 min. The car was pretty gross on the inside but it’s a rental and people have no respect for rental cars. I’m giving it 5 stars because of the amazing customer service we received. I will be renting from this location again :)

I have rented twice with Enterprise at this location, and while both times I had issues with the quality (read: cleanliness) of the cars, the customer service I received was top notch. Had Cedric not been so wonderful upon return of the first car, I would not have returned for a second. Not only has the staff been friendly, they have also gone above and beyond expectation.
One of the reasons I rented from this specific location is because it is not far from my house, and they offer drop off/​pick up service. I started a job in Costa Mesa while I had the rental, and long story short, they drove me back to work in Costa Mesa! I was, and still am, so thankful that I did not have to Über from Laguna Hills to Costa Mesa! I am a little reluctant to give 5 stars, because I have had some issues, but the customer service at this location has definitely made up for it. Cedric, who I believe is the branch manager, gets an A+++ 5 stars from me!

Today, I rented a car for only 1 hour. Drove from OC to LA, Enterprise to Enterprise. Paid a low $ 26.95 + $ 25 drop off fee + 2 gallons @ $ 3.75 gallon + taxes.
I like this location much better than Fabricante and very helpful staff. Nick has personality plus and is full of information. Recommended near by «Service King» as a 5 star repair shop with 2 day turn around and great customer service. I’ll give them a try. Sara took my initial call and was also very helpful.

I’ve rented from this location twice in the past month. Ashley, the manager and Cedric (unsure of his title) are helpful, friendly and got me in and out on both occasions without any hassle. Both times the cars were clean. There were no hidden charges and I REALLY appreciated that their gas price upon return of the vehicles was more than $ 1 under the current market price. The location is convenient and the people are great. 10 stars, I say!

They overbooked cars like there was no tomorrow. They allowed 14 «reservations» for today with literally 0 rentable vehicles. I am handicapped and needed transportation for work and doctors’ appointments. I arranged a ride to Enterprise, only for them to leave me stranded with no options even though I had a reservation.
I will never do business through this company again unless they change their policy on promising cars that don’t exist. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible.

the assistant mgr. Was super nice, I forgot his name but he’s a down to earth man. Great customer service here, they are very helpful and cars are clean. Got a %10 discount from my mechanic. Smooth business!

I recommend this office. The staff are super nice and very accommodating to any issue that may arise. Just got back from a trip where I had a tire problem (ran over something) and I was able to easily swap it out at no cost at a nearby office. Ashley the manager is very kind, efficient, professional and knows how to get things done quickly. You’ll be in good hands there.

Quick pick up and drop off with an adequate vehicle selection and Ashley and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Helpful people working here. Enterprise has consistently offered good service, reasonable rates and quality customer services. The past times I’ve had to use their service (someone ran a red and hit our car), they have been professional. No overcharging. A clear explanation of pricing.
I rented the car for a very long time because the body shop working on my car kept finding more and more wrong with our car. The car stayed at their shop for months. The rental car I used was a Chevy and one cool thing about it was that the music stayed on even when I opened the car door. The Chevy was white colored.
I didn’t use their gas or insurance services to go with their rental car and they were fine with my choice. Car was clean and in good condition. No problems with my credit card or with insurance. Good job, Enterprise.

Call in (or go online), book a car you can afford, walk in, pick up a nice car, return it whenever you want (as long as you want to pay for it), drop it off, then get a rid back home.
It’s that easy. I would give them 5 stars but I am just a difficult rater :)
