Having dealt with now 3 different property management companies in OC, I can honestly say that this company provides exceptional service to its tenants. Even when I ran into more than one disgruntled situations due to two vendors doing work for the HOA. Donna and her staff went out of their way to address my issues by that day and we had resolved the issues by the next day. Another occasion my oven stopped working and after explains the problem she talked to repairmen and the owner and sent a new — refurbished one over without the hassle of multiple repairmen or waiting to order parts.
Although they can be strictly bound by the homeowners wishes for repairs and rents, I always felt heard by this company and was addressed professionally without any excuses or attitude. I am still awaiting my security deposit because the homeowner had a situation where he needed to move back in, but Donna was honest and incredibly helpful upon our move I and move out inspection.
It should not be an issue of being heard as a tenant or ran around the issue because there is a problem and no one ever wants to pay to fix these problems, yet apparently it is. Professionalism and curtesy should not be an above average trait for a company especially managing your ENTIRE living situation, however apparently it is. I am so thankful to have worked with such an exceptional proficient management company that actually takes time and will listen to their tenants and actually address their issues. I worked down the street and often dropped off rent on the way to or from my lunch once a month for two years and they were always there and always very nice.
I am so sad that I had to leave this group and am now stuck with a piss poor property management company.
