I’ve been coming to ideal n wireless for years now! It’s inside the laguna hills mall. Patrick is the best around the area for any cell phone repair needs! He gets the job done quickly and he does a great job. I always refer my friends to him! If you’re in OC this is the best price you’re gonna get around town! definitely recommend this place.

I have been coming to this place for years now. I have been helped by Patric several times which I believe is the store manager. He is extremely knowledgeable and has given me a ton of advice every time I’m considering a new device or I’m having an issue with my current one. They do great repairs and their prices are fair. I recommend this place.

Patrick is wonderful! On Sunday, we walked in and he fixed my roommates iPhone 6 screen in less than 30 minutes!
The prices are fair and customer service is marvelous!
They also bought my old phones, recycle the ones with no worth and give discounts on accessories when you have a phone fixed!

The entire right side of the of the screen is higher than the frame of the phone. You can actually press the screen down and it just comes right back up. To top everything off, my S Pen is completely stuck. I can’t even pry it out with a flathead… great. *because I wasn’t aware of how liquid damage stickers work, I have since updated the rating stars. Hopefully Patrick is able to remove the stuck s pen. He seems to genuinely want to help and that’s what matters the most, customer service.

I’m only giving 1 star because I have to. Had my iPhone 5am glass replaced here for $ 75. The glass became loose within 1 day and I can’t see the phone screen outside. Prior to getting new glass I could see my phone screen fine. I went back and asked them to at least fix the loose glass. Nope. Not one once of customer service. Should have went through insurance.

I had my iPad mini repaired the same day I brought it in. Patrick looked at it told me the cost, gave me discounts on some accessories and another because I paid in cash! He was super friendly even when my impatient self got the best of me and I called to check on the status. When I picked it up he apologized from r the delay because they got busy… Like he needed to… I couldn’t have asked for better service with a fair price! Hopefully I don’t have to go back (because that would mean something broke) but this will be my go to spot for getting screens fixed on my devices! Thanks again!!!

I have dealt with this company for many years. Patrick and staff are not just accommodating they are also friendly. I have ordered parts via the website and had them shipped as well as come in and purchased. Thank you Ideal n wireless!

Purchased a battery extender for my wife’s phone on Xmas eve. Charged it up after Xmas and didn’t think it was charging right, red light went off after about 20 min, but never had one before.
Gave it to my stepson to use one day, asked him how it worked and he said it didn’t last very long.
I tried it on my iPhone 4 and it charged it to 45% then died.
Went to the store to exchange it but I could find the receipt. No exchanges are allowed without it. He said if I could come back and find the person that sold it to me and he remembered me, they would.
My fault for not keeping the receipt but not good customer service on their part. Plenty of other places around with a more liberal exchange policy.
Just to revise this due to Pat’s comments below, the exchange was attempted on January 6^th, which was not 2 months after the purchase. And the product I was sold was the best spec’d product they had available. If this is a lower end product, then I would look for other places that offer a quality one.

They told my fiancé it would be 100.00 to fix the screen on his iPad when he walked by and asked. When we went back a little bit later, they changed the price to 120.00 and also said he needed a new seal for an additional 20.00 and they wanted him to leave it over night So it went from 100 to 140 in just a few short minutes… no thanks! He found another place down the street that did it for 120.

My husband’s LG F3 was shutting off and turning back on, on its own. I went to T-​Mobile and of course they did nothing about it, suggesting we purchase and new phone since I didn’t have insurance on the phone. A T-​Mobile associate referred me to Ideal N’ Wireless. I was so glad I found Patrick, he is the best. It took him about a day to figure out what the issue was with the phone (software) and it was only $ 25…Highly recommend! Thanks Patrick.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablet’s screen go completely unresponsive. After several futile attempts by AT&T via phone to resolve issue, of course their final recommendations is to «master reset» the unit, which I finally did resulting in my still having an unresponsive touch screen. so after asking, of course– the warranty ended only 13 days prior, so im out of luck. I called this store and asked the owner– Patrick if they knew about fixing tablets with an unresponsive screen, and he knew exactly what I was asking about. He did explain there was a possibility he didnt have the needed parts in the store and if not it would take a few days. My husband dropped off the tablet the next evening, and within two days I received a call from Patrick the tablet was ready! I couldn’t believe it!!! I am so pleased with the job done and the tablet works good as new once again. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the fact Patrick not only fixed it correctly, it was done in record-​breaking turn-​around time. You can’t ask for much more than that these days, and the customer service is excellent. Patrick’s knowledge of these tablets and smartphones is impressive! The man knows his «stuff» for sure!

We originally went here to check prices for unlocking phones, but we ended up leaving our daughter’s iPad to have the glass repaired. Patrick helped us, and he was very friendly and explained the process clearly. He gave us a fair price (I’d checked other places, and it was about the same). The work was good, and it looks like new.
