Dr Randall has been both my husband and my urologist for years. Aside from being intelligent, knowledgeable, and an expert in his field, he has a caring heart. He takes personal interest in each of his patients, treating them compassionately and professionally with the best updated medical treatments available. Dr. Randall truly is one of the best doctors in the field of urology. My husband and I never hesitate to recommend him to others!

Ditto on the Nov 2015 1 star review. Had a procedure he was not successful and never spoke with me again or after the procedure. I do not recommend this Doctor. Office staff also difficult and not helpful.

I can not tell you how rude and uncaring this doctor was to me. He was condescending about my previous Urologist and the information I had regarding my medical condition. He suggested a procedure, which after I had, I experience so much pain I was seriously scared. I called his office left a message and waited, waited and waited. Finally his assistant called me back and told me Dr. Randall told me to go to the emergency room. I told her all they would do is give me pain meds (which I did not want) and that they do not have a urologist on call to deal with my issue. I explained to her they would just tell me to go to a urologist after wasting hours and that they needed to see me or help me in some way. After all, I had just been in the office, I was a patient and he was the doctor. I pleaded with her to please help me. Finally, she went to the nurse practitioner and came back with some workable solutions to what was a allergic reaction to the solution they used.

Dr Josh Randall has been both mine and my husband’s urologist for many years. He is an exceptional, knowledgeable physician who keeps up on the latest techniques in his field. Additionally he has an excellent bedside manner and truly cares about his patients’ best interests. He is the total package in a physician: skillful, gifted, understanding and compassionate. Thank you Dr Randall!

My husband had surgery this week with Dr. Randall. I cannot speak highly enough of how Dr. Randall and his team treated us. We have been to both facilities and were shown compassionate care! Our questions were handled very professionally. Dr. Randall was very patient with us and took his time with us. We never felt rushed. We really enjoyed his sense of humor. Thank you for making a tough situation easier for us!

Arrogant and rushed, spoke over me and offered no useful info. Procedure was painful. Had a cystoscopy. Follow up advice for pain was incorrect and based on follow up for vasectomy, staff was uneducated.

Interesting set up at OC urology. Every time you call you reach your doctors office different people answer the phone. So you don’t feel there is any consistency. First two times I saw the doctor immediately. Weird and disjointed but it’s the new business efficient way! I don’t know how because my followup with him was over a month away. I saw a PA the next time, and she told me she had no clue what do with me. I told her it was a followup, so she wrote me a Rx and felt she didn’t even write anything down or if my doctor will ever know I visited. I’m sure he’s a good, caring and competent doctor, he seemed great when I actually saw him. Office people very pleasant too.
