Dr. SUSAN McCabe is amazing. Thorough and patient, she truly listens. Diligent, but caring, she sets the standards for other doctors! Her assistant Vickie, is just a sweetheart, and Jamie and Krishna at the front desk went out of their way immediately both times I was there, very sweetly and attentively. I don’t know about the other reviewers, but I always find a very positive office waiting room; the staff all seems to work together as a team. I go there just for Dr. Susan’s caring and informative attention to detail. Thank you!

My husband went to this doctor’s office this morning and it took way too long to be seen. The person he saw didn’t listen to anything he said, was worried about their own comfort, and didn’t read his chart! Run as far as you can. He was very upset after the appointment and we are definitely changing doctors.

I have no idea how there are any positive reviews here. I went into this office for a simple physical for my school, I got brought back to the room after about 30 minutes and literally sat in the room for an hour, I went out and asked what was going on and they said the doctor was running behind. I waited an additional 30 minutes and left because I had to be to work. Unfortunately this meant I had to come back to this joke of a place because I HAD to get this done. Came back the next week and surprise, I only had to wait an hour and 15 minutes this time. I have never had to wait this long for an appointment. The staff is not very friendly and really seemed not to care about how long I had to wait. The doctor came in with his what I would call secretary, he literally had some young guy writing everything down which made me a bit uncomfortable to have someone else in the room. The doctor made me feel like an idiot at times for the concerns that I had and didn’t carry himself in a very professional manner. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this place, ever! I cannot even believe they are still in business, honestly.

Absolutely hate this place… Nobody in the waiting room. Waited 15 min after signing in before anyone even looked up to recognize me. Staff at the front desk is rude. The only reason I come here is for drug testing through my company. Sucks

The doctor I’ve seen at this clinic says the most peculiar things to me such as, «you’re circling the drain» …for slightly elevated lab value of A1C and blood glucose? Who talks to their patients this way??? Seems to order appropriate labs, but doctor needs to edit himself as to what he says… kindly.

I must recommend you find another medical office, I now have had two scheduling mishaps, the first I arrived to find the doctor was out sick and today, the front office clerk gave me the wrong time, said I could wait but it would be lengthy. Front staff, name starts with S, is rude. She needs to be re– trained and when I ask to speak to office manager, he’s never there. I’m a widow with 3 kids and I don’t have time for the «Drama“of this office. Be advised.

If I could give no stars I would. This appointment was for my husband. We waited one hour to get in the room and then waited another 45 mins for the doctor to show up after I complained he came right in. We asked for a referral to an endocrinologist (type one diabetic) the doctor literally had no idea what he was doing as to how to handle or do a check up for a diabetic. The nurse as well had no idea what she was doing and was writing down the wrong information. Thankfully I was looking at what she was writing down and had to correct her. The front desk lady told us that the referral would take 2 weeks and it’s been 4 and they don’t answer their phones when we call or return our phone calls. My husband was ordered to get blood work done which he did a couple days later and it was over 20 vials of blood. They have not called to tell us what the results of these test were. In my opinion they were unnecessary test. Anyways so it’s been over a month now and no news on blood work or referral and every time we call we have to leave a voicemail in which no one returns our call either… Worst place I have ever been too. My poor diabetic husband can’t see a diabetes doctor until he gets this stupid referral. It’s a shame doctors like this are so careless. It’s not like they are busy. There was two other people there but like 4 doctors walking around doing nothing. This place is a joke.

It’s hard for me to even give them 1 star. I took my brother to an appointment to see Dr. Sayoum yesterday (btw Dr. Brown is his doctor but he has never been seen by him). We waited for an hour and when the doctor finally came in I asked him if he usually keeps his patients waiting for an hour. If he’s running that late the front desk should have notified us that the wait would be long. I told him I couldn’t run my business like that and that my time was valuable too and I didn’t appreciate the hour long wait time. He was so taken aback that he had to leave the room (waiting another 5 minutes for him). When he came back he came in with reinforcements and asked me to leave and wait for my brother (who mentally needs help with things like doctor appts — the reason I was there in the first place) in the waiting room. REALLY… all because I was upset that we had to wait an hour to see Dr. Sayoum. If given a choice I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN! i will dilingently help my bro find another office. It’s a difficult task with his type of insurance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR SPEND YOUR MONEY AT PERFORMANCE HEALTH MEDICAL GROUP.

If I could give them no stars I would, staff is all grumpy and obviously don’t like being there. I came in for a drug test and they made me wait an hour and all I had to do is simply pee in a cup. There was no line or patients in front of me. Worst service I have literally ever been to for being a doctors office.

Pretty crappy doctor, but can’t do much with our Obamacare. Husband was having severe abdominal pains and we were trying to get a referral to a gastroenterologist and the results of several blood tests they ordered. Well, they flat out refused to call us back after several attempts, so we headed to the emergency room to pay thousands of dollars in order to get treatment. As soon as its open enrollment again we are going to «peace out» on this doctor.

Any positive reviews here must be people they paid to lie!

I would give a zero if I could. I waited over an hour just to be seen and according to the nurse, the doctor is always late because he drives in from LA. And why is that the patients problem? Don’t we all need to learn to leave early when driving far? The place is unprofessional and unfortunately a lot of people have to go there because of the HMO we have. Sad

I came in today at 9am for a check up on my hernia and the tinnitus I suffer from in my right ear. I was expecting bad service because I read all of these horrible reviews but still went to my appointment with nothing to lose. I came in my PJs and everyone was cool about that, so that’s a plus. I was handed paper work after about 5 mins of signing in. I saw Dr. Mesfin Seyoum whom I have talked to about with Benjimin, another author of a bad review. Contrary to his review, Dr. Mesfin Seyoum was friendly, polite, and genuinely cared. I saw him with a smile waiting on a patient before me and assumed it was him. He then helped me out and there was not a single problem.

On July 14^th I went to pick up my blood test results and my cholesterol is high and my triglycerides are through the roof (mine is 1077mg/​dL, normal is under 199mg/​dL). I went to CVS to refill a triglyceride medication I was previously on and they said I need doctor approval, so CVS sent a form to them. After a couple of days I called and talked to Mikalah, she told me she would take care of it and call me back to let me know, she never did. I called back and was told to leave a voicemail for Daniel, he never called me back. I called AGAIN and left a voicemail for the woman in charge of referrals, still no one has called me back 8 days later. This is an urgent matter and quite simple to be taken care of since I was already on the medication. This is a life threatening issue due to my already high blood pressure and can cause me serious illness or death and shouldn’t be ignored. They are a law suit waiting to happen. This is not the first time I have had issues with this office. Their lack of professionalism and organization is a joke. Save yourself from the misery and pick a different office, my wife was lucky enough to find a different office to go to and the difference in care is unbelievable. As soon as I can find another doctors office I am out of here!

Terrible terrible place. They told me to come back because they were on a lunch break that is 3 hours long. Who goes on lunch that long??! Not even friendly about it or anything. Terrible customer service long waits. Avoid this place do not go here absolutely appalling just don’t do it.

WORST office i have ever been to. 9 out of 10 times no one answers the phone. You leave a message? Good luck getting a call back. Even if you leave a few messages no one calls back. You have to keep calling. Sue the PA is terrible. She was supposed to write a referral for me and she FORGOT so I had to call numerous times and NO ONE knew what I was talking about. Then when I had lab work done and it turned out I had a serious kidney diagnosis, NO ONE called me to tell me. My labs sat on Sue’s desk for 2 weeks when she was on vacation and when she came back she still had no clue. Do NOT go to this office!

Waiting for my CAT scans to be looked at from the Doctor here which was sent by the ER doctor at Mission Hospital. A week later and surprise surprise they don’t have my scans. Its been about three weeks and I still haven’t heard from anyone from this office regarding these scans. Also the referral the Dr. gave me was bogus because that Dr. said he doesn’t even have his own office and to tell the Dr. to stop referring people to him. I have never been somewhere that made me feel like my health didn’t really matter, until I came here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually needs good care.

They make you wait for hours and hours and Sue the nurse practitioner is at lunch enjoying herself while I’m still waiting. 3 hours and I walked out. They said she was out signing paperwork for a mortgage or something.
I hope Karma gets this rude and Uncaring piece of crap Sue!!!
