Being that are very few 7-​Elevens around this part of town I frequent this one. Very clean inside & out. I was surprised there were no panhandlers outside courtesy of the Laguna Niguel PD. The girl in the early morning is very nice, but at times she forgets to say hi! No biggie I go in & come back out with my necessities. I think this is the only 7-​Eleven that issues coffee cards. Big + in my book! After buying or refilling 5 cups of coffee you get one free!
