Oh. My. God. This has to be the worst customer service place ever. Every single time I go in here I have to wait like 20 – 30 minutes just to be acknowledged by someone as I stand at an unmanned cash register waiting to check out. Today, I think it was the worst. Two people working the frame area in back and taking a really long time with customers. I just wanted to buy a ready-made frame and leave. Finally, some third employee guy comes out from back and tells me the frame I have isn’t big enough so I say: «can you please wait here so I don’t have to wait in line again?» Guy says: Go ahead. I take five minutes to pick out another frame, come back — and the guy’s gone — wth??? The two other people ignore me as they continue to work with the two other customers. Not even a polite«we’ll be right with you.» Then the girl gets done with her customer, turns to her co-worker and says to him: Ï’m going out back for a while. Seriously? As I’m standing there? So I say: «Can you please ring me up first?» Girl glares at me like I asked her to hold my old chewing gum. Reluctantly and with major attitude, she checks me out. Lady customer next to me says: this happens all the time. Try to avoid if you can. Aaron Brothers: fire your employees here. I hate this place.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at Aaron Brothers. I had some odd-sized special sports memorabilia that needed to be matted and framed. The Assistant Manager David was awesome to work with. He made terrific suggestions and the total cost he proposed was well within our budget. Great experience.

Typical Aaron Brothers store. They were having a sale that worked out for my current decorating needs. Purchased a bunch of frames that were in my color/design scheme. The staff were helpful.

The lady(probably one of the Managers) behind the picture frame counter by the name of Hamoura was deceitful and lacked good customer service behavior. She is the type of person who thinks that smartness resides in taking people for a ride. Will I go back to the store again? Never as long as she is working there!

RUDE employees. not sure how working the counter in a frame shop warrants a horrible attitude but today was the third time I’ve experienced extremely unhelpful employees who are incapable of thinking on their feet, listening attentively, responding intelligently, or being cordial much less even cracking a smile. the IQ level appears to match the job qualifications & personalities: GUTTER-level. last time I checked Laguna Niguel didn’t have bragging rights for anything special. This store’s automatons represent the worst of Orange County nouveau riche superficiality and putrid sense of style. way to to turn on the charm, ladies!

two frames for the origal cost of one and a penny… not so bad, but the thing folks forget is that the cost of art supplies is way better than an art store.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager tried to upsell me for an hour. Least helpful manager I’ve ever met. Extremely difficult buying experience. When he finally relented and admitted he could help me get what I wanted for a good price he told me I would have to come back the next day to pick up the framing because it was 10 minutes to closing and the work would take 15 minutes. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like your business is worthless and want to be taken advantage of.

Great selection of frames… only when they are on sale! I usually buy all my frames at Marshalls but when Aaron Brothers has a sale its worth it. It was my first time in this store. Employees were bickering with one another(even from across the store) so it was a very awkward atmosphere. One of the customers witnessing this with me actually walked out! But I stayed and once their argument was complete I tried to ask questions about the framing service but the lady was not very helpful in terms of helping me choose a style, format, etc. I think she was still frustrated from the argument with her coworker. So I bought two frames on sale and left. I will try another location for service on how to complete my frame project.

If you want frames then this probably the place to go. I went for art supplies and the variety was low. Many things were not in stock. Was very disappointed in the overall store. 2/3s is for framing and a 1⁄3 for stuff to make items for placement into those frames. That’s a bit sad.

Old lady working there was very rude… she stalked us down each aisle pressuring us to leave 20 min b/f closing time and finally said I have to make a decision so she could leave(10 min b/f closing time). She stood in the aisle and just stared at us with a creepy look; I assume to make us feel so uncomfortable that we would just leave without making a purchase. When I tried to pay w/cash she said she already closed out her register, forcing me to use my credit card. Then she rudely bossed the young employee(in a awkwardly demeaning manner) to hurry up and unlock the door to let us out… she may as well of just kicked us in the behind on our way out the door! When we got in our car, it was still 2 min b/f closing… EXTREMELYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Especially to treat customers in such a manner during this economy is very senseless. I will definitely buy my frames elsewhere from now on.
