We were unaware about this place at first because it’s in an office building, but don’t mind that. We came at 3 and it wasn’t busy. The lovely gentleman offered us some soup with our panini’s. Staff is great and so is the food. I definitely recommend :)

this is my GO TO coffee/​bagel location after a surf in Newport. Usually pretty crowded, so expect a tad of a wait. A little menu secret: I like to get my Bagel with cream cheese, avocado spread and lemon pepper on top.

Not a fan of this establishment any longer. The quality has sped downhill for the past few months with the new ownership. The products taste too old for the prices and you can tell they have cheapened in their produce, cheeses, etc; probably to save a buck. It’s crazy how you get charged a different amount depending on who rings up your order. I’ve given it more chances than it deserved and it’s just gets worse everytime. Maybe it’s just me, but maybe I just am not a fan of getting sick. My advice, get in your car and go out for lunc-​not worth the convenience factor!

I came here for breakfast on a Friday morning and ordered the 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and 2 pancakes meal only to be informed that they don’t have pancakes even though its on the menu. I instead settled for the 2 eggs and 2 bacon meal since I noticed that it comes with potatoes and toast. The egss were cooked well and the toast was fluffy and buttery. However, the bacon was the cheap, instant bacon that is paper thin that you get from the grocery store and there was literally only a large mouthful of potatoes. The staff were courteous, at least. Not a good bargain for the price like I initially thought.

From breakfast to lunch this little café is doing a wonderful job of serving up delicious meals. They have a tasty assortment of coffees and baked goods, as well as an enticing array of fresh items in their salad bar. To top it all off, the customer service is outstanding. This is a cute spot to enjoy a quiet lunch or to gather for a small business meeting.

Sue is awesome! I go in at least once a week and she is always smiling in a great mood. This café has improved 110% since she took over. Her chai lattes are so good! Its so nice to have a good healthy place to eat in our office building.

Soooo much better since Sue took over! The salad bar is great and always fresh and I love the BBQ Chicken Salad. YUM!
