Exceptional, Prompt, courteous, thorough & professional service at a good price. Tulio took care of my pool lighting needs when I needed him, fitting my service request into his busy schedule. I use Atlas for all my hardware and supply needs.

I have been using Atlas Pools for years now and I am beyond happy with the level of service they provide. When we bought our home knowing we needed to redo the pool because it was out of date and in major need of upgrades. The previous owners of the home didn’t keep up with it… Broken tiles, ineffective filter, and countless other issues. I reached out to 5 pool companies and I wasn’t impressed with any of their knowledge or their professionalism. All that changed when I met the owner Tulio. We talked about what our ideas were to fix up the pool and he provided fantastic input. They were able to redo the entire pool and replace the filtration system for a very reasonable price. He recommended some great products that cut down on our month electricity bill so help save us money on a monthly basis. I recommend Atlas Pools to anyone who wants to build a pool or just needs them to come out to clean it and check chemicals. My family and I now spend countless hours swimming, bbqing, and just relaxing by the pool side.

I will make this review short and sweet, Tulio is a fantastic pool/​spa contractor. Our pool needed a lot of work and his team made it beautiful in short order. New plaster (mini pebbles), new tile, new lights, new Jandy, and coping cleaned. It was amazing how his team was able to remove years of calcium scale from our coping making it look new. Last night, we enjoyed our pool and we were able to control the lights, spa temperature & jets from our iphone. Nice

A couple of days ago we had our three year old Hayward pool pump stop working. I called the original installers and Hayward and they recommended Atlas Pools as their ‘go to’ local repair firm for situations like this. Just had Tulio (a delight to work with) out to replace the drive/​circuit board and in short order, we’re back to daily pool and spa use. In fact, we liked them so much we’re having them out to re-​grout where our pool tile meets the decking.
Frankly, I’m scratching my head over the negative reviews as they were both courteous and professional in how they handled our problem. Fwiw, at one time I presented seminars on customer service and the folks at Atlas Pools were exemplary.

To start with, we really like the people at Atlas… BUT, that’s no reason to stay with a service that doesn’t do their job. Cleanings are minimal. Sometimes cleanings arent even done. They just do the chemicals and LEAVE. Over $ 100 a month is too much for what we are getting.

Received Service from them for my pool and was subpar to say the least. After paying over $ 100 a month the kid that showed up did a 2 min pool cleaning and booked. Charged me for cleaning things before I even authorized them too as well. Worst pool service Ive’ ever had to say the least.

Dropped them an email that was promptly returned telling me that they could have a tech there the next day and to give them a number that is best to reach me at. I gave them my number but I never received a call and no one showed up so I sent a follow up email to the office. The next day the tech called me to schedule an appointment which he never showed up for or called me back on.
