The owner refuse to return said there is a investigation going on but he was calling the store I bough the stuff originally he was wiered

RUN there’s a guy named Pete that works in there that accused me of being a decoy when I wanted to return an item. He went as far as to say I was setting him up. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had. Don’t do drugs. There was another person in there that got uncomfortable and left. I left shaking. He called A guy named Dino and asked if I knew him? Again don’t mess with drugs.

The owner is pushy to sell you the most expensive product in the store.
On the other hand his knowledge about products is worthless.
He sold me the most expensive product. Also sold me VIP membership as well.
While talking me into buying the product he mention that if it doesn’t work «don’t worry just bring it back»
Receipt doesn’t say anything about return policy.
Product didn’t work and I was passed few days after their return policy which is not to be seen on the receipt.
He obviously denied the return.
I left the store and also left him the bottle with pills.
He mention nothing about possible store credit or anything to try to keep the customer happy.
He had this stupid expression on his face which says basically «f u»
Don’t buy here!!!
Buy online for much better price and much better customer service.
This guy SUCK!!!

The staff at this location is very helpful and take their time answering any questions you have. I brought in a coupon that expired the week before and the guy working there said no problem and that he would still honor the deal

This GNC is independent of the others and will take your GNC gold card any time of the month. I dont shop here much because i buy my stuff online for way cheaper on BB but do they have the Be Wholesome vitamin packs (gnc brand) which has allot of what i need and has been my life saver to feeling better while i went through cancer.

Ok, so this is a review of this specific location. I’m not sure if they’re chain or franchise but the manager/​owner there can be pushy which I guess is actually helpful if you don’t know what you want. I guess it’s better than dumb gym rats who sideline at 24 extolling their false beliefs on consumers.
Ok now onto my opinion of GNC in general. The prices are higher than Vitamin Shoppe and I hate their rewards program. For the GNC Rewards program you pay $ 15 in order to receive 10% a year. But wait, it’s only 10% off the first week of the month. Yeah so you pay for a rewards card you can’t even use 75% of the time.
If you buy vitamins and protein drinks there and time it right I’m sure it’s a great deal and I think I saved over $ 15 last year but it still makes me mad I can’t use it all of the time. I’m just not that organized!
